Great product with a GREAT price
I was worried about going to a projector style of viewing tv but this product works great. The image is far better than I would have suspected for the price but overall the projector has met and exceeded my needs for building an in home theater. The connections were easy and the set-up even easier. The wifi connection is something I haven't been able to use due to the compatibility with only Windows 8.1 or higher but there seems to be no reason why it wouldn't my laptop even sees the connection. Thus far I have connected my laptop and Xbox with HDMI connection and it looks amazing.I've connected a DVD/VCR and a Roku box up with the AV connections and the image is still close to what streams off of my laptop or thru the Xbox. With the 3.5mm audio I hooked up two smaller computer speakers that have great sound and the sound is great coming from the projector. Even with the internal speaker you can still have decent sound until you figure out a system that works well for your needs. When all was said and done, for my home theater project with projector, cords, ceiling mount, and remote controlled screen (even some cooling fans to place on the projector unit for longer use time) it cost $240. Everything bought off Amazon ;).My 3 kids love it. I have a two year old who loves watching his favorite movies and shows even more than before. My two older children love the huge screen for games like Minecraft and other split screen two player games.I watched Star Wars Episode VII yesterday on it and it was like being in the theater without the expensive tickets. It's made me want to re-watch many of the movies that I've only watched on the TV.The unit is also hung upside down from the ceiling mount and I know others have stated the unit may overheat with prolonged use (over 4 hours) but my unit has barely gotten warm after 4 hours of continual use. Maybe it's because it's upside down? Regardless, to take precaution against overheating I purchased 2 cooling fans from Amazon that have a USB plug (yes the projectors USB charger works great) and a control switch (the USB still charges when the projector unit is off which is nice if someone uses it to charge) and have slid them over the air intake holes to help force more air in and push out the warm air. Since doing this, I have run the projector for 6+ hour stretches 2 days in a row and no where on the unit feels warm. There are preset adjustments, although if you're like me you love to fine tune, but while the unit seems very simplistic and some may feel there can't be much to a projector unit at this cost they would be pleasantly surprised by just how much you are able to control of the picture. The projector unit gives you the ability to control Red Green Blue levels Color, Contrast, Brightness, Sharpness, Tint. Whether to view in 4:3, 16:9, several different levels of zoom, or auto.If the projector outlasts the 2 year warranty I will definitely be looking for a similar style from this manufacturer.All-in-all I'm very satisfied with the product and feel that if you use this projector, as long as you set up correctly and control the light to the room, you'll be just as satisfied. Here is a list of the other products that I used to accomplish the project (all cords were 25ft) hopefully it takes out some of the leg-work: Prime Wire & Cable EC501625 25-Foot 16/3 SJTW Medium Duty Extension Cord, Orange SANOXY 25-Feet 3.5mm Stereo Male to Female Extension Cable Link Depot HDMI to HDMI Cable 25 feet 25Ft RCA M/Mx3 Audio/Video Cable Gold Plated - Audio Video RCA Cable 25ft Best Choice Products Motorized Electric Auto HD Projection Screen, 100-Inch, 4:3 Display AC Infinity MULTIFAN S5, Quiet Dual 80mm USB Fan for Receiver DVR Playstation Xbox Computer Cabinet Cooling Cost after purchasing the fans was $239 and some change.

Good image quality but no sound when played a movie using a USB drive
I ordered this because my roommate and I don't have a TV and since we mainly watch shows and movies on our computers getting a projector made the most sense. It took me a little while to figure out the set up. The image quality was great! The room didn't even need to be completely dark.Cons:There was no sound when I used the USB drive to play a movie. So I had to use the sound from speakers connected to my computer. Also I was trying to figure out the wireless component, but reading the instructions it seems it is only Windows compatible? I am not 100% sure how to use the wireless aspect. Is it compatible with Macbooks?I still don't know what the image and sound quality is like when connecting it directly to my computer, but once I get the right cord to connect the projector to my computer I will update my review.All-in-all I like the projector for the price of it. I was very happy with the image quality.

Pretty good
Got this as a Lightning Deal on Prime Day. Dead on arrival. Wouldn't power on. Power light would blink once and that was it. So the 1 star is for the quality of the product that I received. The other bad part (which isn't part of the 1 star because this is a product review and not service review) is I could only return it for a refund and not exchange since it was sold via a third party. Meaning that I'm out the Lightning Deal price even though I received a defective unit. Oh Well I guess.UPDATE 07/21/16: The seller saw my review and contacted me directly. They immediately shipped out a replacement unit which I received a few days later and this one works. Not a bad little projector for the money. I plan on using it for Halloween decorations (playing ghoul videos in my window) and looks like it will be large and bright enough for the job. This isn't a projector you could use for a very large backyard movie night but for smaller applications it looks like it fits the bill.

When it's dark it's perfect. The overall picture is ok but obviously there ...
I was really surprised about this item. I wanted a projector for the basement but I was on a budget. I was looking up the lumen quantity necessary since there are Windows and light shines through the stairwell. I was skeptical about 1200 but it is actually very visible unless you have lights on in that room. When it's dark it's perfect. The overall picture is ok but obviously there are better quality projectors out there. I hooked it up to our cable and the HD channels looked maybe 3/4 of the way to HD from standard channels if that makes sense. Setup was incredibly simple and it has a decent speaker on it. I would recommend buying home theatre speakers for it, but it's not absolutely terrible. I haven't tried the wifi as I didn't need it so can't comment that. Overall one of the best purchases I've made for $100

Very Generous Dealer, but my sound has stopped working.
In all fairness, the dealer does say that an external speaker should be connected. My sound has gotten gradually weaker over the last 2 months. Now I'm using the projector on 100 sound and barely hearing sound when watching Netflix. Tried connecting flip out headphone speakers but are still so quiet. Can barely hear. The first projector I ordered had a bold hair shadow on the screen, so I reported the problem to the dealer and they sent another projector within the next week which was flawless. The projector is above what I expected from a $100 projector. The only problem I have is connecting my phone to the wireless phone screen cast. My phone is android 5.1 but I have not been able to connect. Maybe I'm just doing it wrong. I'll keep trying with different androids and see post the results.
