I just received my packet of Moringa yesterday and before I even try it I have a review, do not like the packaging at all. It was hard for my feeble fingers to open. I added it to an airtight plastic container with lid and that was messy. Even with my glasses had to get a magnifying glass to read info on the back. It does not give any definite instructions as to how much to use. It only says scoop, how much is a scoop? It surely is not a scoop like other products I use, that seems like too much. I am anxious to see if it does what some of the other reviews to help me when I learn the right amounts to use.

Within the first week I noticed a change in my energy levels. This will be a staple in my diet from now on. I add to my soups, yogurt, smoothies, etc.
