If you're thinking about trying the 4x4 Diet, just do it!
This book is the real deal! Erin has found a way to incorporate diet and exercise into our already overwhelmingly busy lives, without a ton of added expense or unrealistic expectations! The 4x4 diet is so simple and easy to understand, and Erin's ideas on a healthy lifestyle are refreshing and very easy to implement. She eases you into the program and each week is a new challenge. The Tabata workouts are everything I never knew I always wanted, because they are fast, high intensity and over before I even know it! Each session becomes like a game, and I'm always trying to beat the clock and challenge myself to go farther. There are some days that my schedule is just jam packed, but I love how I can break out the Tabatas throughout the course of the day, so I can still reach my workout goal. I've been following the guide for almost a month and I've already seen some great results, and even more than that, my goal is no longer just losing weight. I'm more focused now on feeling great and leading an active, healthy lifestyle that I can maintain for the rest of my life. Lastly, the recipes are delicious! I've tried a lot of them already and I have loved every one! My favorites are the Banana Blueberry Muffins and the Honey Nut Roasted Butternut Squash!

Tasty Simple Meals
Erin Oprea is AMAZING! This book is full of great information about what foods you should eat, why and adding exercise to your day! The recipes do not call for several ingredients or spices, they are simple, delicious and super easy! Check her out on Facebook, Instagram and her app Pretty Muscles you will be glad you did! I just finished up week 5 of her challenge and I can see results!

Not a diet book! Teaches lifestyle changes instead
This book has given me the motivation I need to eat healthy. I like that this book isn't about any certain diet, but she teaches you how to make lifestyle changes that benefit your body. It's just plain facts about how food can negatively or positively affect your body, and the importance of staying active. The book includes recipes that she uses personally, and easy workouts that can be done at home. I did lose 6 lbs. since reading this book, and hope to see more weight loss as I continue to make healthier choices with food and exercise.

Fast shipping, exactly as expected
I'm very impressed how fast the shipping was. The estimated time of arrival was Sept. 22-29 and I received it on Sept. 14th! More than a week early! The book itself was in good condition. Some minor wear and tear on the cover but that was expected. Extremely happy with my purchase and can't beat the price!

Balanced look at Nutrition and Fitness
Erin has a very balanced approach to nutrition and this book offers both nutrition and workouts. After doing a challenge on Pretty Muscles I purchased this book to stay on track!

Realistic and Doable!
If you follow Erin Oprea you know that she is a happy, bubbly individual who used to be a U.S. Marine. She has helped sculpt some of Hollywood's hottest bodies and continues to support and encourage her followers. This book includes realistic ways to stay/get in shape and live a healthy lifestyle. She truly preaches moderation and believes that food is fuel. Additionally, her workouts are fast and fun, which doesn't make fitness boring! I suggest following her on Instagram as well if you can. You cannot go wrong with this purchase as it provides a solid foundation for any fitness path you travel.

This really works!!!!
This really works y’all! I’ve been doing this for 6 weeks and, I’ve lost 6 lbs. and 6 inches! Just a few more to go! And I can’t forget to mention how much better I feel every morning when I wake up. I’m wide awake at 6:00 am ready to workout instead of wanting to go back to sleep! Thanks to this Erin Oprea and her book, I have more energy and feel so much better about myself!

I love following the author, Erin Opea, on Instagram for healthy living inspiration! She trains a lot of country stars in Nashville, including Carrie Underwood! Erin is so positive and "keeps it real" on her Instagram so I was very excited to order, receive, and read her book.Five Stars! Go Erin! I'm a fan! ---- p.s. I also incorporate "Beet Shots" into my healthy "lifestyle" now. Thanks Erin!Unlike a lot of the "fitness" stars that are "Instagram famous"... *rolls eyes*.... ERIN IS THE REAL DEAL!!! :)

Worth to have it
Nice book with lots useful material. I recommend it. Obviously book it’s self won’t do anything if you won’t work hard but do have an idea to guide you to the right path it’s really nice book to have

This is a great book on reevaluating your food choices and makes good sense. The information is clear and the recipes are varied (though I agree that if you're not a meat eater there are slim pickings). It is informative and I'm loving the tabata workouts. They are challenging, convenient and there are so many possibilities. I love how you can incorporate them into your day and not have to set aside huge chunks of time to get an effective workout in. Glad I purchased!

Good information. I like the short exercise time. Have lost weight and it is not hard to follow.
