We are extremely satisfied with this faucet. We would have felt that way had we paid a great deal for it, and we are doubly happy that we found something that looks and works so well for such an affordable price. It is elegant, simple to use, doesn't spot, and is a relatively easy to DYI install once you have all the parts.The spray nozzle is plastic but feels and looks high end. It isn't too heavy, snaps securely into place, and is quite useful for a quick spritz to clean up the sink. We had a wand nozzle with the last faucet but rarely pulled it out. We find it easier than most faucets to regulate the force of the water, which is good because the faucet is capable of a rather powerful spray. The arch is a bit tall, so our only caution would be for folks to make sure they have the clearance under their countertops.We deducted a star for two reasons. The DYI really is easy. However, like the other reviewer indicated, the package lists a couple of washers that are missing and should be on the underside of the sink. While these were common parts for all faucets readily available at the local hardware store, they should have been included. The hose also needed a transition from our valves, which necessitated a return to the hardware store to pick up another readily available common part. While that problem isn't unique to this faucet, it is undesirable.Note, the package also comes with a tiny washer which attaches the nozzle to the water supply. Perhaps the reviewer with the leaky faucet was missing this part. We ended up losing it, and tried to bluff our way through without it. The faucet leaked steadily as a result. After a trip to the hardware store snagged a replacement, however, the faucet had absolutely no problems with leaking.It is a pain that stuff is missing. However, the parts, even the ones we stupidly lost, were cheap and easily available. For the price we paid, and the quality we got. we'd order the faucet again in an instant.

Love my new faucet. I don't have a single complaint. The retractable spray nozzle is great for large pots and cleaning out the sink afterwards.My husband is very handy. I believe he had to switch the hot/cold because the color indicator was backwards but a simple task.

The faucet arrived with missing parts from the standard item list as listed in the installation manual. Because the appearance of the faucet was nice I moved forward with installation after two trips to the hardware store to replace the missing parts. After installation of the faucet it leaked everywhere! I consulted a plumber who repeated the installation process and it continued to leak. Plumber confirms that the leaks are coming from the internal assembly.

Had to replace faucet. Rubber button fell off. Would not hold back in place. Then the two water spray options would not work water would come out of the hole where the button fell off. Faucet Would not turn left or right It was a waste of money

The connects leaked no matter how tight or using plumber putty or plumber tape.
