This is not a good product. I bought two, and checked on them weekly for functionality. After a month. One just didn't work, and the other had a severed wire. Both were placed in an area where they could not move, or fall. For the month they were functioning, I do believe they were making progress on shutting up the dogs next door, but what does it matter if the overall product is of bad quality. Waste of money on this brand.

First I love dogs! Had a bunch of well behaved pups in my life. Although I wasn’t sure this would work; I had reached a point I couldn’t care less if it was a waste of money! I needed my neighbors SIX hounds to stop their insistent barking. The owner would yell and reinforce their barking instead of training them. I kid you not when I say these dogs barked ALL the time!! I couldn’t take it anymore. All he did was yell at them; reinforcing the noise with his attention and not reinforcing with a negative stimulus to get them to stop. Enter this product! The first day, on three, it was a lot of whines after barking so we put it down to a two. Day two their barking would start and stop within a couple minutes. This may not seem like a lot but they were NEVER quiet! Day three only the dog furthest away would continue to bark and when the others responded in kind it was once or twice. That’s it!!! A new position of the device and just like that we have had quiet days with only intermittent barking! I can only imagine what the owner thinks since it’s been three weeks and he hasn’t had to yell at them once!! Bless this device and I would recommend anyone dealing with this issue to purchase this product! It properly trains animals and restores the good feelings of dogs AND this owners!

It did not work for me, the dog is too far away. The device needs to be close.

Works well when the battery isn’t dead. Seems obvious however a 9 volt battery lasts less than a week and then needs replaced. I think it is constantly listening which drains the battery. Someone needs to make one of these devices that actually plugs in to a wall outlet for continuous power.

I have two Yorkies. It didn't stop the barking. I tried it for at least 3 weeks.They are older dogs, hearing may be the issue, although both can hear me when I talk. It might be a frequency issue. Not sure.

Setting up the Anti Barking Control Device is quick and simple. The device has been in use for one week. The instructions say give the Anti Barking Device TWO weeks for best results. Well, I'm impressed, I was hesitant at first. Check back in a week. Hopefully FIVE STARS.The barking of the neighbors dog has been less and less each day. I had to experiment with the location and function level two times. The third time is a charm. The barking has been reduced about 75 - 80% so far, one more week to go. The early barking at 6:45 every morning is no longer an issue. My inconsiderate neighbors will let their dog bark for hours at their back door.Don't get me wrong, I LIKE DOGS. Not so much when the owners are clueless or just don't about the quality of life for the surrounding neighbors.

I have 3 small dogs and my next door neighbor has 2 small and one large dog. Between our 6 furr-babies we had a whole lot of barking going on at our privacy fencing. Mine are trained to hand signals and a sharp "chich" sound but my sweet neighbor's dogs don't even respond to her shouting at them to come in. I decided to help both of us by purchasing the Hisophia Anti Barking Control Device and installed it in an inconspicuous space under the bar counter of my pergola facing the fence between our two homes. I released my dogs to the yard when I heard hers outside, and they congregated at the corner of fence. Two barks out of mine and they bolted back to the house. They have tested the device one or two more times, and now mine bark no more! It seems that the device may be located to low to significantly affect my neighbor's dogs, although there seems to be less barking on their side lately which could be the result of mine not barking back. So I will get another one and place it at the top of the corner fence post facing into thier yard. If it works as good as the one low in my yard, we should have many peaceful times with our furr-babies outside at the same time. Highly recommend! Be careful though....there are several sound levels and my dogs have very sensitive ears. Try it on the lowest setting first, and go up a level at a time so that they are distracted and affected by the sound but not cause them ear pain.

I set up 4 of these all at one to make sure it works. I set them 15 feet from my neighbors patio, and nothing. They had zero effect in the yapper. I tried it for a whole week, hoping it would work.I'll pay a lot of money to anyone or product to shut that thing up! I'm returning all 4 of these. It's just a gimmick!

AVOID! Did not work for us!I was hoping that this would effectively deal with my one dog's barking. It didn't. My non-barking dog just looks at it funny and the barker just keeps barking.I know the device is working when I put it in test mode. When I put it in any of the three settings, the red light comes on when a dog barks but the dogs just keep barking.
