Squeeked and was a little flimsy...However, was comfortable.

This kit was very easy to assemble. I customized the one I built by adding some 3/4-inch birch plywood to the top. This design provided me with a full edge to edge surface that is much better when using the memory foam mattresses. I give it 5 stars due to the design so that the average end-user can assemble it without too much difficulty. I just looked for this product again on Amazon, but to my surprise, it is no longer listed.

THIS IS ADVERTIZED AS A BOX SPRING (ALL PUT TOGETHER IN THE PICTURE)..IT IS NOT! WHEN IT COMES ALL YOU GET A PILE OF WOOD SLATS AND SOME SCREWS WITH A COVER. YOU HAVE TO PUT IT TOGETHER. THERE WERE NO SPRINGS AT ALL. MANY OF THE PIECES OF WOOD WERE WARPED AND DIDN'T FIT INTO THE CUT OUTS THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO FIT INTO, BECAUSE THEY WERE TOO DISTORTED OR TOO SHORT. THE WHOLE THING WAS A NIGHTMARE. I HAD TO HAVE SOMEONE COME IN AND REMAKE THE WHOLE THING IN ORDER FOR IT TO WORK. SAVE YOURSELF A HUGE HEADACHE AND DON'T ORDER THIS.

I have a memory foam mattress so I wanted to make sure that I got a good box springs set. This was fantastic. Very sturdy. It took about an hour to put together for a California King, but I did allow my children to help me put it together. If you have a memory foam mattress I think you should invest in box springs that will last and correctly support your mattress. I would buy this item again. Thanks.

These are really nice.. I did wear gloves while putitn em together so no splinters... but once they are assembled and put inside the sleeves.. they look nice :)Ben under my mattress for six months now n i have no issues. It took me about 45 mins to assemble these guys (startin with unpacking). I did it all by myself.. n im a dude with a leanish build.

We got the box spring because our temp mattress was getting damaged and ever since we got the box spring, the mattress feels better and we don't have those dips that we had before. It's great for temperpudic mattress. I highly recommend it.

Bought a year or longer ago and its still as comfortable and firm as when 1st purchased!

I didn't put it together, but it's working fine for us. The price is right too.
