Seret el Hob - The Love Story - Best of Oum Kalthoum

I was really disappointed with this CD. First and foremost, the sound quality was primitive. No attempt has been made, apparently, to clean up the soundtrack digitally. Second, unlike virtually every "Best of..." compilation, this is just one 39 minute performance, consisting of just five songs. That this should comprise the best singing of this legendary performer is totally ludicrous Third, there are no liner notes at all. This is an egregious omission, particularly since the CD doesn't even list the titles of the individual songs. Load it up and "Breezeblock" is listed as the title, and Angela Brittan is listed as the artist! In short, this iCD is a shoddy product and way overpriced.
