I first discovered Proov back in 2021 after trying to conceive for 11 months. I'm honestly not too sure as to how I came across it. Maybe searching Facebook for TTC groups. Either way, I'm happy I I found the Proov group. I learned so much about PDG, LH and seed cycling. Things that were never talked to me about with my OBGYN as I was told I had to be trying for a year before I could get any medical help. Through the testing, I first learned that my progesterone was staying high enough. So I started using progesterone cream which helped me out a lot. I ended up getting pregnant in April 2021. I have Proov to thank for it.I've attached photos of the screenshots I took from back in 2021 so you know that this is a legit review.

I was skeptical about this at first, and still had to do a bit of external research to interpret my hormone levels, but being able to track them in one app was so helpful in understanding the changes in my hormone levels each month.One thing I will say on LH - I assumed the app would identify my peak day based on the patterns of me logging, so I was confused when it kept asking me to test well beyond my ovulation window. Turns out you as the user have to manually select your peak day, so learn from my mistake and save yourself some strips!

The Proov test kits have helped tremendously to understand my cycle. I’ve been using for 2 months and what I was able to discover is that my ovulation date was drastically different than what I had previously thought. Although I’ve not become pregnant (yet) this has provided me with invaluable information to help me advocate for myself with my doctor’s. We’ve been able to make decisions with clarity and request specific modes of testing from the doctors based on what the Proov tests revealed. I highly recommend as a first step to your TTC journey.

Love this !! As someone with PCOS it tells you exactly when you have your peak and unlike other products it confirms after you have ovulated so you know exactly what you’re doing and what to expect. I recommend the double pack so you don’t have to stress or worry it just makes life easy !

I'm only on my first cycle so far but this kit has been very easy to use and interesting to track to glean more insight into your own personal cycle!

I have used this product two times and got pregnant on both occasions! For both pregnancies, my ovulation happened at an unexpected time in my cycle (both early and late) and the Proov product and team helped me catch it! Knowing exactly when I ovulated also guided me on when to supplement with progesterone (as I had a history of pregnancy loss). The Proov team was incredibly responsive and helped me navigate an irregular cycle after a loss (and I got pregnant!) I recommend this tool to all my friends that are frustrated or anxious while TTC!

Horrible product. I reached out to customer service and they are absolutely a joke. Long story short, the strips are really good but they require an app and photo processing to interpret - this doesn’t work. Also one a photo is taken on a day you cannot edit it if the app processed incorrectly - which happened to me. They told me my peak was 28 so it doesn’t implied I ovulated - sure that’s bc their app failed. considering I took an hcg trigger shot - impossible that my peak was 28, and should make them question why the image processing is so bad. I usually had to try and capture images/had numerous processing failure per image before it could even read it 5-10 times per strip. Get Mira or premom - results tracked the same and were more reliable.Ps their website reviews are doctored to only show 4-5 stars. My review and one other annoyed customer review only showed for 10s before disappeared. This alone is shady and would prevent me from usually this app again.

I used this for a month to track my cycle. It showed when I ovulated but the app was hard for it to read my stick.
