Simple and effective with some research
This has a great feel. You really don’t need another massage tool. I am also watching videos on YouTube to find ways to use. Hand massage and this simple tool work very well. It has brought down the swelling and hardness on my calve from foot surgery.

Well made except for smoothness
It arrived great. Haven't tried yet but will update. First impression, seems sturdy enough, good weight to it, good structure. What I like I soon as I touched it, is that is not smooth. It's rough to touch. I will try hope it doesn't irritate the skin.

Perfect size and all angles are useful
The media could not be loaded. The wood is very smooth and light so that your arms don’t get tired easily. It’s the perfect size and thickness to reach your traps your back and etc.

Lymphatic cleanse
I use this along with a dry brush every morning now to stimulate circulation and do a lymphatic cleanse. I love this product as it's design is perfect. Once you start doing a morning routine of a lymphatic cleanse/circulation stimulation, you will not be able to live without it. It wakes you up like coffee but is much better for your health to do this than drink 3 cups of coffee in the morning.
