Laptop Buddy Mini Bladeless Cooling Fan Powered by USB (72-0607)

Don't bother with this fan. While it is kind of cool that it can plug into you laptop/computer, it is a bit bulky for a desk. While it looks like a Dyson blade-less fan it is no comparison to a Dyson. You have to be in a range of about maybe 7 inches from the fan itself to feel its air flow. The airflow is another issue, as when feeling the rim of the fan you will feel that the air being pushed through the fan is concentrated at the top and scarcely felt around the rest of the rim. The result is hardly any air being pushed in your direction and you not feeling anything coming from the fan until you get in a certain rage from the fan. Once in range that air you feel is gentle and only slightly cooling.While I am disappointed at the poor performance of this fan, I think due to it's simple design and me wanting to be a craftsman/handyman/builder, I may be able to enhance it's performance slightly (or hopefully greatly) with some cheap modifications. I'm going to try anyway for another 10$ or 15$. I will try to salvage it as a craft project.I recommend you skip the blade-less fans if you can't afford a Dyson, and instead go for a more cost effective blade fan with an enhanced design like a Vornado fan. I bought a small Vornado fan at the same time as this fan and the Vornado won hands down. All the Vornado has is a better design, compared to traditional blade fans, but that design has a huge impact on its performance capability.

The wife has had this at work for a couple years. still working great. She says it is a little loud on high, but still likes it. Loves the USB connection

The fan works, air comes out of it. It is convenient that it powers off of a USB port. The breeze created is not strong, and if the fan is more than 2 feet away from you it is barely noticeable. There isn't much difference between the high and low settings. Both settings are quite noisy, it makes more noise than air. I am keeping it though, mostly because it was cheap and I only use it occasionally in my office.

One of my best amazon buys so far. Don't expect a hurricane, but its perfect for the office/desks. Might be a little loud for close office spaces. Good Quality.

not a lot of air produced

Don't bother buying this one. It's not anything like a Dyson fan. The size is huge and it doesn't deliver ANYTHING it promises. I can breathe and create more air flow than this fan even set on high. Not only is it noisy, but the air does not come out evenly from the round opening. It only comes out at the top and does not flow forward, it flows up, missing the target. The flow at the bottom is almost non-existent. Sadly whoever engineered this needs to flip burgers and leave engineering to those who can actually make things work.

I keep this on my work desk the noise is le a white noise machine

Worked well for few weeks. I used it to cool my cctv dvr that was in a closet. It started making a lot of noise so I unplugged it. It was quiet first few weeks. It's much bigger then I thought it be. Air is only right next to it but a good amount for what I wanted.

Would like a little more power to come from it, but otherwise a good USB fan.

Hate to say it but I was fooled by the big print. also hate the fact I have to pay taxes and duties
