I ruined one of the protectors while installing. It was a little off center, so I peeled and repositioned it, but the corners were lifted & no longer making contact with my phone. Needless to say, I tossed it. Thankfully, I successfully installed the remaining 2 protectors on our phones.Unfortunately, a few days later my daughter dropped her phone in our hallway and the screen protector cracked. I contacted Seller Sugift and requested warranty replacement info, as well as attached photos of the crack. A week and a half goes by, no response. I emailed them again...and it has been over 2 months; still NO response whatsoever.Would I recommend this product? NO. Not only are the screens protectors not durable, there is ZERO customer support. Sugift boasts about their lifetime warranty, but you can’t even use the warranty because they just ignore your requests.I would have definitely returned this, if I had not already tossed the box, along with the installation guide...not to mention, the 1st screen protector that was ruined.***Lesson learned: KEEP EVERYTHING until after Amazon’s 30 day return period expires

This is my first time purchasing a screen cover that is made of glass. In the past I have used the plastic type with moderate enjoyment due to it feeling like another layer has been added to my phone which is true. I was not happy with the fact that over time it peels and develops bubbles. In time I also have become less a fan of using plastics for environmental reasons when I have a choice to use something that isnt as bad. In this case I noticed there was a glass option. I was concerned about it cracking and breaking, which is why I thought the plastice may have been a better option. I decided to give it a try and so far it hasnt scratched, no cracks or breakable, no bubbled or peeling, and over looks just like its part of the original screen. More importantly I would add is that the touch sensitivity still responds well and feels good. I am very happy with this choice. I know there are some thinner versions out there. I am not so sure how thin you can get while maintaining a strong product so all I can do is say that this particular thickness works for me.

The screen protector is nice and fits more tightly against the edges of the phone screen and home button than another screen protector I have used. One thing that I would have liked to have (that I have seen with other screen protectors) is a dust removing sticker to use after the wet and dry wipes. I have used this kind of sticker before and it really helped remove every speck of dust before applying the screen protector.Applying the screen protector was not very difficult, but it is a very tight fit. I didn't get it exactly placed right the first time but the home button stopped the screen protector from fully locking on and I was able to life the screen and replace it with out damage to the phone or screen protector. There was only one speck of dust trapped after all that, but if I only has the dust remover sticker, it probably would have been none!I have not tested the screen protecter further because I don't want to drop my phone, but this was a two pack. So if my screen protector ever does end up cracking, I'll have a replacement.Edit: August 31, screen of phone is shattered, the screen protector only has a few cracks. So it didn't really do it's job at all, but I don't know how well any screen protector would do against sharp gravel. Don't drop your phone in gravel! That's all I can say.

Love the product. I had the same product on my phone before when I was pushing my lawn tractor out of a ditch. I looked at my phone and there was a big crack in it. So I ordered a new screen for it. When I went to replace the screen, forgetting I had the protector on it, I peeled the protector off and to my surprise it was the protector that was cracked not the screen. The screen was just like new. Returned the screen kit.Why did I give it 4 instead of 5? It was because of the instructions. My first kit that I had bought had clear concise instructions, these you can not understand. Something was lost in the translation. If I had not done one before I would have been lost. I would give it a 4 1/2 if I could.I would not hesitate to buy this. Just use common sense in installing it.

Easy to install, works as expected. Tempered glass screen protectors are the sacrificial annode of cell phones. It adheres nicely with no bubbles or glue spots unless you try to re-seat it after placing it. At roughly 4 bucks per screen, they're have saved my display more than a few times. These will not go to the edge of the glass but do reach the edge of the display, which may be intentional so you snap-on cases can still be used - they are not a substitute for a phone case. I use the cheap TPU cases (also 4 bucks) and I've had my S5 for 3 years without breakage.As an added bonus, the cut out for the samsung home button leaves the button recessed enough to keep my pocket from waking up the screen.

I truly believe this is one of the best steps you can take to protect your phone screen. This is a hardened glass, not a plastic sheet. That means no bubbles. Seriously the easiest protector to install ever. It works be sacrificing itself, by absorbing the break that would have happened to your screen. Get it. It breaks, your screen doesn't. Now that said it can't stop everything. I have gone through 3 (that's why you get the 2 pk) have one to replace when you need it. It gives a great piece of mind as your phone is falling. Out of 4 big drops it has worked 3 times. I swear by them.
