I always get a very basic haircut (face framing layers with bangs) and was sick of spending $30+ every time I needed a trim. I read the reviews, watched the videos, and decided to take a chance on the CreaClip and I am so glad I did.I was worried I would mess up my hair but it's very easy to use! Start small with a little bit and you can always take more off. The video tutorials on YouTube showed me how to do curtain bangs and the styles I wanted.I saw some other reviews mention the scissors were dull, but I didn't have that issue. They are sharp for me and made it easy to cut my hair, though I guess you may have a more difficult time if you have really thick hair.

Excellent for very long hair that you get room to get it right after a couple of attempts!I appreciate that the tool is flexible and fit all my hair (lots) but it should be a bit firmer to hold the hair better.

This product definitely worked and reduce the amount of time it took me to trim my hair. I love the fact that the tool let you know when it’s properly aligned to ensure that you cut your hair evenly first shears included our very, very sharp. I thoroughly enjoyed adding this to my hair routine every 8 to 12 weeks to retain healthy length. Great quality for the price point.. I absolutely love this product.

I gave myself a pandemic haircut today. I won’t be doing that again. Ever.This product is ok, NOT worth nearly $60.I really thought these would be some type of magic secret that would somehow make it easier in a way I wasn’t expecting but it really didn’t. It just gave me a false sense of security and I went for it and hacked the shiz out of my poor home styled pandemic hair and I’m pretty sad now lol 🙈SCISSORS - are good - maybe thats the reason for such a high cost, but I’m not a stylist so I’ve never used or needed professional sheers. I know my hair stylist spends thousands (not hundreds) on hers and they have to be professionally sharpened etc. So I know you aren’t going to get high end scissors for $50 anyway but that’s not why we’re here, right? At least, I wasn’t looking for high end hair scissors that’s for sure.THE CLIPS: they are what you expect. that said, no plastic clip with a level could ever justifiably be $55.I used these alone, I don’t recommend that. Have a friend help you and it will probably work fine. However, if you have someone to help you and they have decent eye sight and a steady hand you should be able to get a straight across cut without a plastic clip to guide you.In the past when I needed to trim off some dead ends I just used mirrors to see the back of my head and carefully snipped here and there and it worked out fine.In summary, I do not recommend this at all for use alone. I still gave three stars because I could imagine my grandpa using this to help my grandma if they were still alive, but unless you have limitations with your hands or eyesight I think these are totally unnecessary.Either way, at the price of $55 this is a total rip off.

I saw this on Shark Tank and paused the show and ordered immediately. All I can tell you is this product really works. I watched the u tube video and then also read directions and proceeded to cut my own hair. Let me say that I think of my hair has being one of my best assets. Think about it, your hair is like your crown. Your hair makes an immediate impression of your style, personality and separates you from others. Just the cut alone can improve your self esteem if needed or makes you feel sassy or happy and worst, the bad hair day. It litterly can change your day! I am one who personally hate to take the time out to go to my stylist just because of the break in my day or worse my weekend! I just know going was a necessity. Well, not anymore. I know nothing at all about cutting hair. I thought to myself if I screw this up, it is just hair and it grows back out or could be fixed. I followed the directions that was so simple and much to my surprise, my hair came out better then it ever has at the hair salon. Shocker! Shocker of all shockers. This product does what it says it does. My scissors were sharp as well. Maybe I lucked out on them because reading the other reviews, that was going to be a concern but thank goodness that was not an issue at all. I am thrilled for the lady that invented this quick fix for all of the women that has no hair cutting experience at all and nail it. Also happy for her that she got the investment she asked for from one of the Sharks. I will still take the time to go to salon only because of high lights but NO more cuts unless I choose to change completely and go super short. A must buy and try for you. Don't dought yourself and definitely don't dought this product. Finally, I got it right when I ordered this amazing kit. Crazy good how real this worked. For the lady in Hawaii who brought this to my attention...you Rock. Congrats and take your money to the bank. Way to go.

I did a U cut and this is how it looks curly vs. blow out. As you can see, it is a very bad cut. Blow out looks mid. It's also not full proof because there is too much space between the teeth for my thin hair. The scissors seem alright to me, not great, but they will do the job well enough. I don't think that the level can be accurate enough due to the hair slipping in the comb. It also gave me bangs without trying to get them. I think it would work well for long, straight or slight curl/ wave hair that is thick, but it should not be used on other hair types.
