Renue Turf one of the best
My back yard is most patio and turf and my golden doodle thinks it is ok to pee every where. I have tried many versions of urine neutralizer, and this one works the best.Considerably better than Simole greens version. Renue Turf has a nice sent, easy to use, and eliminates the bad smell left by animals.

Great Product
We have a medium sized Labradoodle (55lbs) that uses a strip of artificial turf in our patio area to do his business when we are not home. The strip is about 3ft x 20ft and after a year of use it was starting to get a strong ammonia smell to it. We have been careful to pickup solid waste quickly and hose it down thoroughly every week or two, but that was no longer working very well and our dog was not wanting to step foot on the turf. For the first treatment I intentionally over-treated and used almost half the bottle. I then saturated the turf with plain water after that. The next day there was absolutely no smell other than the light fragrance left by the product. Since then I have done a few more applications as needed and they have worked equally as well.Make sure the ground is saturated and this product should work extremely well for you.

Works great and the smell is nice but
This bottle was good for one application on our yard. And the area is not very big. The product worked great, but for the price at one application, we would go broke. We live in AZ, have artificial grass with two 50 lb dogs. I read all the reviews on about 10 different products. People need to realize that the smell keeps coming back because the dogs keep going pee. To use it once and say it does not work would be like saying you only have to flush once.I have used the granular stuff you sprinkle and 4 different brands of spray. As soon as the temp hits 90, with the sun directly on the grass, the smell begins. When the sun sets the smell is gone. I have just accepted I have to spray it every day early in the morning, during the summer

Works great if you understand that turf is not grass and you have a basic understanding of how to clean up after an animal.
Other reviews state that this stuff doesn't work and that the smell comes back... Well, I think they need to understand how this works and how having a turf yard is different than having real grass. We have a small backyard, 50x15', that is fully turfed. We have a black lab and a great dane, so tons of poop and pee! Plus I live in MN so the winters accumulate a lot of poop and frozen pee that all melts come spring... really gross.Don't let turds sit there for days, and if you don't get a lot of rain, soak the turf every now and then to dilute pee that is sitting in the bedrock/drain layer under the turf. This cleaner seems to do the trick if you actively maintain your turf to begin with. Does a great job of deodorizing and cleaning. My personal advice. Wet your turf, then apply Turf RENU, then brush your turf, finish my soaking your turf with water. Then its basically good as new. Also the application bottle with get clogged up over time. Clean out the little hole that the solution sucks through as the water passes. You'll know when this is clogged when you go to apply a full bottle and you cant smell the cleaner when applying.Overall, I think this stuff is great!

Product worked for about 24 hours on my artificial turf and then the smell came back. It gave off a "just cleaned port-o-potty" odor as some others have mentioned, which was not extremely pleasant but didn't last for long. My understanding is that in order for the enzymes to work to break down the uric acid crystals and eliminate odor for good, the enzymes need to be in contact with water (and the odor causing uric acid crystals) to work. The initial spray mixes water with the enzyme formula in the bottle, but other products I've looked at instruct you to lightly mist the area afterwards with just water and to continue to keep the area wet for several hours after if you're in especially dry conditions. It's possible this product didn't work because the area dried out and the enzymes weren't given enough time to do their work, but I will be trying other products before purchasing this one again. Next up, simple green...

Finally a cleaning solution that works for artificial turf!!!
I've tried many different solutions to get rid of the odor in our yard as a result of two medium size female dogs who apparently pee a lot. The summer is the worst. We're very diligent in watering down the turf, trying various chemical solutions but the odor always returns very quickly.Turf Renu seems to be the miracle solution! I spoke with someone at the company who explained how this product works and how to apply it and after the first application, the odor was gone. But, we plan to reapply regularly to keep it that way. I've already ordered the gallon size. The 32 ounce bottle has enough solution for about 3 treatments for our yard. Be sure to apply in the evening after the sun is not shining on the lawn and wash the turf and surrounding areas thoroughly with water before applying the Turf Renu --- the directions are on the bottle.

Turf Renu Gets The Job Done - no more nasty urine odors!
Love this product. This is my second year using it. Expensive, but worth it. Removes those nasty urine odors from the artificial turf. Has a nice lingering smell afterward too.I use it every one to two weeks. I originally bought the 32 oz size, kept the empty bottles (that attach directly to the hose), and now use this more economical 1-gallon refill size to fill the 32-oz bottles. Note that you must apply this in the evening. Saturate your artificial turf with plain water first. Then, hook this up to a garden hose and apply with a steady, low-pressure stream. Otherwise, the bottle will be gone before you barely get started.

Waste of money.
Did not work. No reduction of odor.
