once I got all the components I was very satisfied. Company was very responsive
Had a few fulfillment issues. But, once I got all the components I was very satisfied. Company was very responsive. I bolted the rack down to a concrete pad. Assembly was very straightforward. Not even a drip after filling. The only thing I would suggest is for the company who makes these should offer a cover. I used a BBQ cover. It worked fine. It will keep the barrels clean and keep direct sunlight off them.

Barrels sag in the middle over time
I agree with the other Amazon reviewer that 55-gallon water barrels, which each weight about 480 lbs when full, will start to sag in the middle over time when stacked horizontally on this rack. Titan Ready USA really needs to upgrade the design with one or more additional barrel supports in the center of the rack.

Missing pieces, won’t pick up the phone
Missing pieces. I’m trying to call the company but I can’t get through after multiple calls. The product seems great other than the fact that I can’t use it.

Way over priced!
I'm flabbergasted at the price. Emergency Essentials sells the barrel for about $100 each, the plumbing parts can be had at HomeDepot for about $30, and the frame can be made for less than $50, and all of that has a hefty profit margin already built in. So $690 seems like they should offer twice the components for that price, at least. I'm amazed they sell any of these. On top of that the frame is under engineered as there should be a center support for the barrels because they do sag after a year or so with the weight of the water. The only positive I can see is that they galvanize the steel support stand, which is a plus, hence the second star.
