When I do any cardio I would wear plastic bags around my waist,I got tired of doing that so I purchased this. I'm so happy I did! I bought the 2xl-3xl,it seemed to tight and I thought I was going to have to send it back. I was pleasantly surprised when it stretched big enough to fit around my body. It's not to difficult to get on, it's a lot easier than taping bags to my waist. This does make me sweat faster than not wearing it and it's oddly satisfying. I love the price as much as I love this product.

I love using sweat bands all the time but this has so much coverage. I enjoy the fit of it. It's comfortable enough that I can wear it all day during work (I'm a delivery driver, so I get quite a workout from it) I love that it doesn't get too hot but just enough to really feel a good sweat. I'll be using this everyday for sure. It also washes really well.

It does what I needed

Husband couldn’t wait to get this in to try it. He’s a gym rat and has some pretty intense workouts. Normally, he would wear base layers and sweatshirts to generate extra sweat. Not anymore. After the first workout wearing this and tshirt he was dripping sweat so much that he’s going to have to keep a towel in the car for his seats for afterwards. I haven’t washed it yet, he’s rinsed it out and just hangs it to dry. Looking at getting a long sleeve. Well made, ordered his true size of a large. He’s 5’10, 175-180lbs.

I was skeptical at first because I’m plus size and needed this vest to help shrink some of this belly. I purchased a men’s large- x-large vest. It fit perfectly. In the first few days of having the vest, I could see where some of the inches were lost. I wore it under my work shirts

Awesome shirt!!!! This helps you sweat while walking or while working out. It is excellent for the sauna and steam rooms.

Loose Fit , Cheap Material.

Surprisingly comfortable, but still works. I have been using this for a week now. The material is good and does not irritate the skin even after an extended use. Highly recommended.
