I Highly Recommend This Product
This product does exactly what it says it will do. I wish I had found this product two years ago as my neighbors have a dog that barks constantly whenever I or any of my family or friends are in my backyard. It was so bad that we hated to be out in our own yard. Talking with the neighbors only resulted in them taking the dog in for a short period of time and soon it would be back at the fence barking again. The day this device arrived I installed the 9 volt battery and set it up approx. 15 feet from my fence with the dog barking constantly until I turned it on and set it on high, he gave out two more barks, the last one as he ran across his yard and since then we haven't heard a peep out of him. Now when I go into my yard he will come to the fence and watch me but he will not bark, he will watch a while then go on his way. I highly recommend this product.

Not bad for the price
I have 3 dogs who are all really young, around a year, and trying to train them all at once to quit barking has been an absolute nightmare and I simply don't want to be THAT neighbor with the crazy barking dogs so I'm working really hard trying to get their barking under control so bought this just to give it a shot. It does work. My lab has totally stopped barking and my jack Russell HATES the damn thing and whenever I have it he runs in the opposite direction, however my toy Aussie and her shrill bark don't seem to even set it off, or maybe she just doesn't care about the noise, but it doesn't work on her at all and she's the worst barker of the three! Which kind of sucks. But it does work! And for the price it's totally worth it I just don't love how far the thing goes, distance wise I am going to need another like 3 to keep the whole yard covered. But really it's a pretty good product, it's just not quite the godsend I was hoping for.

nice solid construction
For a few days this worked. You can hear a high pitched sound coming from the birdhouse, and a green light lights when the sound is being emitted. I bought this to try and curb a neighbors dog from barking, but after a few days - and several 9V batteries - the dog either became immune to the sound or the device is broken. The birdhouse has been through several rains without shorting out. Overall, nice solid construction, it just didn't work as well as I needed.

Baishan Control did the trick!
It works! It was interesting to watch the German Shepherd next door react to it when I first turn it on. Sometimes, he still gets worked up when I'm out there walking down my driveway and gives me "what for." But, overall it is much more peaceful when I am side and he is, too. By the way, you might want more than one depending on how much space you have to cover. I bought two - one for the front and one for the back, but am thinking about another to provide full coverage on the front property line.

An Effective Product
I have ordered and received 4 of these guys to go along my fence line with my neighbors. There was constant barking and running up and down the fence. After one of my dogs got a cut from the branches, I had to curb their enthusiasm. I tried several different deterrents. This sonic anti barking device has worked very well. It has eliminated the constant barking and reduced the running incidents by 90%. I don't need "perfect" dogs, but I wanted something to reduce the risk of injury and not disturb the entire neighborhood. Now it doesn't have the same effect on dogs with floppy ears, as the sound is muffled, but on the dogs with upright ears or sensitive hearing, it works. The range isn't as good since I have trees that interfere with the sound waves. That is why I have 4.

Fight the Pooches
My neighbor has a problem - he's obviously as deaf as a post. That is the only explanation for having eight - yes, eight - slobbering hounds that exist only to bark and howl without end, day and night, until the sun explodes. This was my lot in life, until I decided to gamble the $30 on this shabby looking little bit of unobservable electronica. When it arrived, I took it out of its obviously Chinese packaging (replete with humorous syntax errors) and thought, "Here goes nothing." I dropped in a 9v battery and, following the directions, concealed it in a bush about 30 feet away from the offending canines' kennel. Being a true animal lover, I cranked the strength up to 11. Screw those yapping mutts.Over the next couple of days, the barking and howling began to diminish. Being amazingly stupid creatures with maybe eight active synapses between them, they would continue to fling out sporadic barks, having forgotten the painful, high-frequency lessons of just two minutes ago. Within a week, there was actual silence for protracted periods, and overall, I'd say barking has been reduced by 95 percent. The high-frequency sound has eliminated the long, never-ending sessions of howling and barking that used to go on for hours. Revenge is mine. I hope the furry coprophagic bastards' ears are bleeding. My clueless neighbor has no idea what that strange, innocent-looking bird feeder is doing since I put a piece of black tape over the LED that indicates when it's transmitting, and the battery's condition.Speaking of which, the device devours batteries at a fairly steady clip, but I think it's because the stupid dogs never give up testing its abilities. I have needed to replace the battery every four or five weeks, but that's just fine with me. I consider it fuel for fire, a little payment to the gods of sleep-filled nights. Be aware, though, that the device is only good for a fifty foot radius, and I think that's about right. Although my inconsiderate neighbor keeps his hoard of dogs in kennels, he recently moved them a bit further away from the transmitter; not because he has any clue what my innocent little faux-feeder is doing, but rather because he built a new prison for them to fill with barks. Although the pooches are still within the advertised effective radius, I believe it has lost a tiny bit of efficacy.Still, a damned good deal, and I would encircle my idiot neighbor's property in the silly things if I could.
