Get some grade A beef on your wrists
When I roll up to the gym with these bad boys on, not only do I look like I know what I'm doing, I also don't hurt myself when I bench or do push ups--which was a real problem.If you have tiny fragile wrists, then get this and beef up those wrists!10/5 stars.
