Wow!!!
These guys blew me away. I ordered the flare for my son several weeks before Christmas, when it came in i briefly opened the box to see that it was the web gem and stashed it in my closet until we were going to wrap it. With just about two weeks until Christmas my wife and I started wrapping presents and I realized I had received their 3 Grand model which is for a first base mit. I panicked and decided to go ahead and order another one and return the other one in hopes that it would be here for Christmas. They emailed and were extremely apologetic about the mistake, they did an excellent job of getting the correct one to us before Christmas and told me to go ahead and keep the other one they had sent. With every mistake made in business there is an opportunity for someone to go above and beyond to make it right and they did just that. I was pretty sure the folks at webgem were pretty awesome because they were baseball guys but they really secured the title of awesome after doing everything in their power to make sure my son, another fellow baseball nut, was taken care of. O ya and the quality of the product is top notch, this is a MLB quality product without a question. Product does just what it says and provides a long term solution to keeping your glove in good shape.

Great form and bag, but...
Great shape. I've had a flared glove for a long time, but my old one finally got retired. Bought this to shape a new glove and it works. The shape is great, and the bag is nice.Only one complaint. The strap inside the bag needs a re-design. It goes through holes in the bag and when you push your glove in, it pushes the strap down forcing you to dig into the bag and reposition it. The strap needs to be routed through a tunnel to keep it in the right place inside the bag. The bag is made in China, so it won't be costly for them to fix this.

Great glove care system!
I appreciate the prompt delivery. This was a gift for our youngest grandson. Although his birthday is in July, we gave it to him early because he recently saved up his money to purchase a new glove...it meant so much to him to receive the "Twist Glove Care System", because he wants to protect his new glove....he will be playing baseball, in a summer league & again next year in high school! We are so proud of him!!!

Very good product.
Works as intended on custom shaped HOH Rawlings. I think personally after using for a few months the mold could use a little more flare to maintain shape of the glove.

Expensive, but less expensive than buying a new A2000
Son is happy with this WebGem. It's not cheap, but properly breaking in a $350 glove and then protecting that glove make the WebGem worth it....

Best glove former bar none
Best glove former bar none!! Creates the perfect shape for your glove and their customer service is nothing but exceptional. I had a small tear to the stitching when I first went to put my glove in the compression bag. I think it had more to do with how I did it rather than any deficiency in the workmanship however WebGem replied to my email the next day and did not hesitate to arrange a replacement compression bag. Beats any glove wrap hands down and is worth the money.

Great Product
Awesome product. A little pricey, but it's perfect for flaring out, maintaining and storing premium baseball gloves. It's unfortunate that the company has seemingly gone out of business..
