The EPP/ECP Parallel Port + Dual RS232 Serial PCI Express Controller Card from Axxon connects to a PCIe slot and, with the included complex cable, adds an EPP/ECP Parallel port and two RS232 ports to your computer. It's designed with a low-height mounting bracket and comes with an optional standard-height mounting bracket.
