PDO thread lift KOREA / 360R Bidirection Cog Type/Sharp (20pcs) (23G38/95mm)

Before a get into the brand I want to say that this supplier has great customer service. Order turn around is fast and price point fair. Items are always well packaged and exceed expectations.On tiara as a brand.Tiara threads are a cut above and always my go to brand for all thread types and I’ve been doing threads for nearly a decade and tried them all. These however are superior quality and excellent price point, best selection of products based on desired outcome, and tiara manufactures the perfect sharp needle cog (which are hard to find) and the lift is more akin to that exerted by a blunt cannula cog in how they function and anchor tissue once in position which would be rare for a thread other than one in a diameter that requires a high gauge which typically requires a blunt needle which is way more tricky.Insertion is easy IME because the steel quality of the needle barrel is exceedingly well made both the bevel (sharpness) and overall cut of the needle diameter making entry into the dermal layer a cinch in both piercing the skin and mobility ease of operation as it inserts properly. This greatly assist in placing product in the right layer which makes or breaks the outcome. Design of needleis flexible enough to work-too thin is unworkable due to flimsiness and too thick is painful with either too thin or thick of a diameter not going into proper anatomical dermal layer to work as intended.Too deeply placed will yield provide zero lift and too shallowly placed will cause infection, puckering, thread visibility and rejection/ongoing sore.The pdo thread itself is strong and well made and anchors exceedingly well, again this has to do with the needle design itself but also the strength and design of the thread and its ability to anchor due to bidirectional cogs-which upon inspection are well made in turgor strength with clearly defined bristles (cogs) that grab the tissue and create a strong lift. Thread is absolutely not brittle which is often the case and another reason for interrupted lift and puckering. I have found due to Tiaras unsurpassed quality and for these reasons Tiara sharp needle cogs not only cause fewer wasting of product due to displacement, but the pdo lift last at least a solid three months when in the correct plain.

These cog threads are great hoe's in smoothly and I like the individual packaging they come in. Will purchase again.

This 23G38 has fine needle which minimizes the pain and the cogged thread provides a nice lifting effect. It comes in 4 individually sealed silver packages and quality is good. Tiara seems to be a good brand comparing with others that I tried. I used this on my neck and it did help.

It is very frustrating to go through the pain in giving yourself a PDO thread and to find out it is for nothing. Every one of the threads that I inserted came right out. This all is a wasted painful expensive effort for nothing!

Not as sharp as could be had bruising but I’m amazed of the lifting it’s been 5 days since ILifted jaw line and Jowls wow! They are little but did a big job

The needles are very dull yet they claim to be sharp. Not sure what "sharp" refers to. It was very painful sticking it in my face. Gliding through the face wasn't too bad. The dull needle prevents puncturing any veins or skin easily.Update: Managed to get used the needle after numbing face. Now see how the cogs hold.
