On a bread machine pan you only need a tiny, tiny amount, applied a few times and baked on at 230c to form a really good non'stick surface which baked bread falls away from. I use it to cold infuse my grounded black seed aka nigella in for 5+ weeks with a daily shake up of the bottle. I use the same infused oil for my skin and we both take it as the infusion every night from a large tsp. Helps with omega 3’s and a must for your skin and brain too. In combination with skin routines it’s a fantastic oil. It feeds everything positively. In combination with healthy foods etc it’s fantastic too but I never heat it as I want the full works of it.
