I love the product
This box has been helpful for making our Netflix and YouTube accessible in the living room. We don't have cable, so this box has brought the family together. However, it is difficult to navigate; menus are odd and it is hard to go back in any of the (numerous) times that you hit a wrong button. We have tried with both the (almost useless) remote and a keyboard that we bought just for the purpose. In the end, I love the product, but wish it was as user-friendly as other Android products that I have used.
