Mats work great to cook on the grill
Mats work great to cook on the grill. Easy cleaning. Mats do NOT come with the meat shown on the cover. Wish they'd have mentioned that.

Busy moms need to cut corners!
Didn't really know what to expect from these mats and was pleasantly surprised. So far, I've only used the mats for grilling small items that would otherwise fall through ... veggies like mushrooms & zucchini medallions, shrimp, tender fish, etc. The mats worked great ... no loss of food, no worrying about flare ups, was even able to add additional marinade to soak in the veggies as they cooked. Even better was the clean up! I did a quick rinse in the sink to get the black stuff off, then stuck it right in the dish washer. I'm a busy mom and, all in all, these mats save me time on preparation (no having to use skewers to grill shrimp and veggies) and clean up (straight to the dishwasher)!

These mats aren't just good for grilling
These mats aren't just good for grilling, but for any cooking and baking. I tried putting one on top of my electric griddle, and the pancakes didn't stick one bit - no spray, no fat or oil in the batter, no problem! They only conduct the heat by touch, too; I can hold a corner with my bare fingers to stop the mat from slipping across the grill. Very handy!

Nice
The Amazing BBQ Grill Matts by Kela Pacific are nice - they can be washed in the dishwasher and they are reusable, unlike tin foil. For my first use, I grilled BBQ Pork Ribs. They started to char quicker than normal, but turning down the gas helped with that. I think this is a product that I will like and use often.
