Hubbard The Company Teacher 5-in-1 Grade Book Lesson Planner Behavior Forms & Calendar Plan & Record Books

Just received today. It was exactly as described. However, I found the pages to be a little thin, so I would be careful if using pens. You may get some ghosting, depending on the type of pen you are using. I tested it out. My sharpie s-gel pens ghosted, my cheap bic ball-point pens barely ghosted, if at all. What I will enjoy about this planner is it is an all in one and it was plenty of space for all my needs. A gradebook, a planner, calendars and a section to record behavior (quite possibly my favorite part). The cover was slight bent on arrival but nothing I couldn't bend back--the cover is leatherette but will mar easily if you're not careful.

I am a 'young' teacher and while I have to enter my grades electronically , I still use a gradebook. While I know I am in the minority of teachers, and even a smaller minority of new teachers who do so, its nice to have a hard copy when technology fails, or when I want to grade work and not be tied down to my computer. I like this one as It has extras like a lesson planner,address/contact book, behavioral forms...etc (although I admit to not always using these to their full benefit) I always have used ward lesson planners, normally I use the green covered more basic one, although, now this one is the one I choose.The cover quality has seemed to go downhill since the last time I have purchased a Ward gradebook. It seemed thinner and more frail. The seller I bought it off of didn't help with their shipping of the item- and the cover arrived bent and beaten up. This is the only reason I knocked it down a from a 5 star to a 4 star review

I have bought this for years and never had a problem with the grade book coming apart, but this one did not even make it half way through the semester. I had to but bonding tape on it.

Wow! This is great! There's something I love in each section. In the grade book, I love that I can indicate type of assignment. I also have the flexibility of recording all quizzes or homework assignments together so that I can see a student's performance at a glance. There's even a place to note data analysis (how many A's, B's etc.) In the lesson planner, I'm loving that the planning blocks are large enough to accommodate activity for a 90-minute class session. There's even a space to record the objective/outcome and homework. Each week has a dedicated space to jot down weekly goals or reminders. My most favorite part is the student behavior form. I wish they sold extra's as a "refill" or stand-alone pack.

Good book for keeping everything together. I am a 3rd grade teacher and wanted just one book not 3 different books. Wish it did not have letter grades already printed in it because my school uses numbers (SBG); it would have been better if it had been blank. I fill that way about a few things in the grade book section like the grade in % column, exams column, and class totals. If they had been left blank for the teacher to put in what they wanted it would have been more universal for 21st century teachers. This is why I gave it 4 stars instead of 5. I do like the setup of everything else though and the price was great.

The boxes are big and has a lot of data you can record in this book.

This is a great teacher grade and lesson plan book. It was nice to have only one book to hold lesson plans and grades. Plus it had a section where you could notate any parent phone calls you made and many other great features. The pages were sturdy and there was an ample amount if you have multiple classes. I will purchase this again in the near future. The price is reasonable and well worth it.
