The picture is super clear and bright. It picks up sound really good. The montior last a good amount of time without charge. Perfect for what I need it. Cameras dont move but the lens itself does a bit that you can see baby. Works great

The monitor worked great, until it didn't. It didn't even last 2 months, which is ridiculous for the cost. I have emailed the customer support email 3 times and they will not respond.The first month, everything worked great. Clear picture and I like that it doesn't use wifi to connect. However, after 2 months the monitor (not the camera) no longer holds a charge. There is a permanent red light on it. It will not work plugged in or on the battery. I have tried restarting it, with no luck. I have reached out several times to customer service for a replacement monitor or literally any additional troubleshooting and I cannot get any response. Such a waste of money! I would not recommend this product.

I have 2 kids and I can see and hear both very clearly. It works grea and easy to set up. However, the first monitor became unfunctional after 7 months. When i contacted the company, they replaced the monitor and I was surprised how easy they were to work with.

This is a great product. Loved this because i can see both cameras in one screen. I love the battery life and i like that i can see the temp in each room what i dont like is 1.) there is no 0/mute on the volume.My 3.5 year old son has sleep issues. So when he wakes up at 2 in the morning. I usually turn down my old monitor to volume 0 so my husband will not wake up while i put my son back to sleep.This monitor doesnt have that so i turn it off completely.2.) Screen is always on when plugged in. So you have to unplug it if your using so screen turns off. Make sure its charged when not in use.3.) It has a loud beeping noise when turning on or off the cameras. Make sure the cameras are on before you put babies to sleep or you will risk waking them up. Me, i just leave it on. So no turning off or on.4.) Monitor has an annoying beep beep sound on when your camera is not on. But it kinda helps to notify you.But overall, still a great baby monitor.

This camera is great….when it works. When it works, the image is very clear and big. However, every few days, it displays a black screen instead of the picture. I’ve turned it off and back in; the battery has enough charge; customer support suggested I unplug the camera and plug it back in. This is the o my thing that brings the picture back, however, I’m having to do it every few days. It’s impossible to sneak into my kid’s room while he’s sleeping to do this, so it becomes a sound-only baby monitor about half the time.Update:The seller sent me a new monitor, a few months later I began having the same issue. They wanted to replace the monitor again, and refuse to accept a return for a refund. I believe the issue is either (1) the monitor sucks and only works for about 3 months, or (2) the camera isn’t working properly. Either way, not worth your money or hassle.

I bought I as a gift for my great granddaughter. When the parents set it up they let me know they were very pleased with the quality of the picture. Just waiting for baby now.Vicki

Honest opinion… it’s junk.After one week, my monitor quit working. It would immediately shut off and would not turn back on if unplugged. But it would work normal if you kept it plugged in. I contacted customer support who tried to give me the go around but I eventually did get a new monitor. (They also wanted me to pay shipping to send the old one back to them.) Now I’ve had the cameras 5 months and one is completely black. I can hear sound from it right now but cannot see my baby.

Honestly very impressed! It has great sound quality, picture, and features. I have recommended this monitor to many expecting moms after using it for my own baby. Worth the money spent!
