Q: Is this product gluten free?

It is lard! 100% Animal fat-no gluten. But It does have BHT and BHA.

Q: Are there any preservatives in the lard?

No. It's not even hydrogenated, which is used as a preservative in many oils. I buy this because the stuff in the store IS hydrogenated. I keep mine in the fridge and it was fine for several months.

Q: Can this lard be frozen, with no negative results?

Yes you can freeze tender flake lard just like butter it thaws beautifully
