Q: How can they call this keto when cane sugar is in it?

You can still consume sugar and carbs and be ketosis. Almost Everything has carbs in it.. keto diet is about consuming under a certain AMOUNT of sugar and carbs. People are so ignorant

Lol, I am terribly sorry that you cant diet by eating cookies. I sound sarcastic but I'm not. The guy who makes these is a diabetic if I can recall the marketing blurb correctly, they're about as keto friendly as you can make junkfood. Pretty much all food has carbs, even that Keto staple; the egg. For your purposes, Keto has a carb allowance of 10% of your calories from carbs. These cookies are ~22%, or 2.5g carbs per cookie if you want to do your budgetary math that way. Oreos are ~68% carbs, calorie wise. You can have 20 of these cookies in a day on a standard 2000cal diet, if you can magically get all your other calories from carbless sources. You could have 2 oreos. If you have to have cookies to make life worthwhile, these arent actually a bad option.

Q: To seller: can you work on getting rid of the allergen contaminants (wheat, soy, peanut,etc) in this cookie?

I emailed the Catalina Crunch people and they said they are in the process of changing their labelling. At the moment their cereals say they "may contain" nuts and dairy but in fact it's "may contain traces" due to shared manufacturing. I have had no issues with their cereals despite my bad nut and dairy allergy
