I've used Olive Nations' Cherry extract for about a year now & love it. So I decided to try their coconut extract. It is delicious, and if you are wondering, yes, it tastes exactly like coconut! Olive Nations has the best quality. So far everything I've tried tastes true. They use natural flavorings in most all of their extracts (always check the labels if you want to know what is in something). In case you are wondering, this is only an extract, and does not include any sweeteners, which is what you want to flavoring foods and drinks. That way you can sweeten to your own tastes.I've used this for mixed drinks, and it makes a delicious coconut coffee. Add chocolate extract or chocolate milk with the coconut extract and you have "Mounds Bar" coffee! A dash of almond extract and you have "Almond Joy Coffee"! I presume you could mix those same extracts to make martinis as well.

Incredible. Really. All extracts are not equal. This is the absolute best extract I hav ever tried. It tastes amazing. Any extracts I have used in the past, have had a strange, unpleasant taste , when I put a drop or 2 on my tongue. But this extract is AMAZING. Seriously. It tastes like it was squeezed directly from a coconut, and nothing else added. I never knew an extract could taste so natural. It does a wonderful job when used in the making of the food I added it too. I was very happily surprised as to just how great this was. And, the price is the best price anywhere. Thank you to the makers of this extract. I am going to order all flavors they carry and throw out the ones I have that were made by different companies. Do not miss out on this product.

Very good product, very good coconut flavor. But a huge price increase since the last time I bought it. I bought 4 oz Nov 2023 for $4.95 which included delivery. In March 2024 I bought 8 oz for $16 because there was $6 shipping fee. The 8 oz was a better value than the 4 oz in March. But, in Nov I could have 2- 4 oz bottles for $10, instead of $16 in March.The shape of the bottle also makes it hard to pour with some running down the outside of the bottle- especially when it is full.

I like to make Keto puddings and this lets me get a lot of nice coconut flavor into them while keeping calories and carbs down to bare minimum. Additionally, I like that I can make a very smooth base, which wasn’t happening when I used desiccated coconut. And given no calories or carbs, it was a no brainer. This is my favorite flavor of all of the Olive Nation extracts. You will need to experiment with the amount you use and I have found when heating your liquids, that you get a bit mire flavor when you add this closer to the end of the cooking cycle.

This product is sooo good! Currently, I am using it to help me stay on my diet (Dr Oz Day Off Diet). Breakfast each morning includes a hefty serving of plain 2% Greek yogurt. I discovered we were allowed to add flavorings to this is it was a pure extract. Now I add this coconut extract to my yogurt, along with some fresh pineapple and/or strawberries and, when I need it, a little sweetener, and breakfast becomes a yummy dessert treat. If I wait until midmorning, I even sometimes add my midmorning snack of almonds or macadamia nuts to kick it up another notch. I've also combined it on yogurt with lime and raspberries.This summer I plan to knock it out of the park with this low cal yummy version of a pinã colada I invented, using this coconut extract with a low cal coconut or cashew milk with fresh pineapple and run or avirgin version with rum extract.

I recently purchased OliveNation Premium Coconut Extract (32 ounces), which claims to be gluten-free, sugar-free, and bake-and-freeze proof. Unfortunately, this product was nothing like what I expected. It’s essentially pure alcohol. I’ve bought from OliveNation in the past, and their products were always of good quality. However, this time, I received something that smelled and tasted strongly of alcohol—nothing like the coconut extract I was used to. I ended up throwing it away. I would advise staying away from this brand. It's concerning that a product like this is being sold, and I won’t be buying from them again.
