This pillow is very nice, but not perfect.It came rolled up tight and compact as you can see in the photos below. It began to expand as soon as it was taken out of the packaging, into the pillow that was promised.This pillow is extremely soft and fluffy! It feels great behind your head.The bad part a bout this pillow is I think it needs more stuffing! To get the good sensation of the full luxury of the pillow you need to bunch it up tight and lay your head on it. When you do this it feels sensational, but if you just lay on it flat your head can easily sink to the bottom, whilst getting no support.Overall I give this product a free, because it is pretty good, but as I said before far from perfect.Hopefully the manufacturer will include more stuffing in these pillows to make them as good as can be!Now for the full disclosure. I LOVE this pillow! Or rather, my picky kid does. My family has been transitioning to memory foam pillows as we need replacements over the last several months. Foam lasts longer and doesn't have the allergy problems that regular polyfil pillows do, which is an issue for us. My son was having trouble finding a foam pillow that he liked, as he prefers a nice fluffy pillow. Even in standard pillows we were replacing his very often because even higher end pillows didn't say fluffy enough for him for very long. This is a fantastic compromise! It is big and fluffy, but the foam helps it keep its shape and reduces allergens. I think this pillow will last MUCH longer than the ones we've been buying. We can toss it in the dryer on fluff and it comes out as fat and puffy as the day we bought it! This item was provided at a discount in exchange for my honest review.

The fill material clumps up and really can't be beat into submission like other pillows to smooth it out. It comes so rolled up tight in a wad that it never seems to recover from shipping. We've beaten, fluffed, shaken, thrown Holy Water on it to get the evil spell off of it to no avail. It also feels "under filled" with material. Lay your head on it and all the material pushes away in a few turns of the head, next thing you're laying only on the fabric covering. Maybe get two or three pillows and gut them out to fill ONE pillow? Yeah, that's worth it right?

First off: I did NOT receive any discount or free pillow. I paid almost $30 for this. Happy ending...it was WORTH it.This pillow is nothing short of amazing. I've had it four months, haven't dryer fluffed it or anything, and it's still soft and pillowy and a joy to fall asleep on. It hits the sweet spot between soft and firm, leaning towards soft, which was what I was looking for. Hotel pillows tend to feel more weighty and inflexible, but this bamboo pillow has more give, without flattening out. I'm super happy with it; hopefully it stays as good as it's been!

I'm a complete pillow snob (a real life Princess and the Pea) - and I love this pillow! I am a side/stomach/occasional back sleeper and it is almost impossible to find the right pillow. Latex foam has been the best option so far, but I decided to try this one. I took a few nights to get used to it, but now I love it - it is a perfect combination of firm support without being hard and hurting your ears. I have tossed $60-70 dollar pillows into the guest bed due to them being uncomfortable... Love this one and will buy more!

Do you want a pillow that will support your head and neck? If so, don't buy this pillow. Do you want a pillow that is like a fluffy cloud laced with rainbow dust and unicorn sprinkles? If so, this is the pillow for you. The most amazingly soft, stretchy outer material filled with joy. I could barely wrestle them from my son's grasp and have to keep my eye out for pillow thieves in my house now - a fantastic buy!

This pillow had a form when I got it. To maintain it, I followed its cleaning instructions, but it seemed to never help. It will no longer keep its forming and will roll up over my head when I'm rolling out at night.

No support. And this is polyester, not latex. Tried it two nights and both my husband and I woke up with neck pain and headaches. This is probably a great pillow if you like it soft. But for those that need neck support, look elsewhere.
