## Description

Introducing Your New Favorite Cooling Racks ! Following on from the success of our famous half sheet cooling rack, which achieved perfect scores for both “Cleanup” and “Strength and Stability” in recent product testing, and our ever popular, best selling quarter sheet cooling racks, Checkered Chef is excited to introduce our new medium sized jelly roll pan cooling racks. The same great quality and features as our other sized racks but now in a convenient 10 x 15 inch size. Cooling or Cooking - the choice is yours! Solid stainless steel construction with no artificial coatings or treatments makes these racks warp resistant, rust resistant and 100% safe to use in your oven or broiler. Able to easily withstand high temperatures of up to 575℉, you’ll find so many uses for these conveniently sized racks - from chicken wings to pork belly, these racks will be your new best friend! Used as cooling racks, the grid design allows for optimum airflow and prevents your treats from falling through - no more cookies sliding through the gaps! Great for cookies, cupcakes, muffins and more! Used as a baking rack, the grid design allows for even heat distribution and lets oil and grease drip through to elevate your food for healthier cooking. Perfect for baking and roasting, try some reverse seared steaks or finish fillets in the oven. Compatible with standard sized jelly roll oven pans, broiler pans, baking sheets and cookie sheets, these racks make the perfect cook’s companion. Use them to crisp up some chicken wings, oven bake some bacon or any type of roasting or baking - it’s like magically turning your oven into an air fryer! And when you're done, wash up is easy. Simply hand wash or pop them in the dishwasher! It doesn’t get easier than that!

Review: Much better than I expected - These are built to last. I was very impressed with the build quality. They both sat perfectly level right out of the package. I used them in the oven to cook a few items because they allowed good airflow. They are also fairly easy to wash.
Review: Racks don't rust in the dishwasher - Most of the cooling racks I've used in the past have rusted fairly quickly in the dishwasher. These ones haven't. Big plus in my view. They work fine as racks. Good value.
