This was the perfect case to keep my boat documents, licenses and such but the zipper came off last week after very little use; so it gets a poor review for quality and durability. I had the use of it for about six weeks , if that. Don't waste your money find a better made piece. P.S. I would like to add to my review that the company, "Yogescorp" contacted me after my review, offering to replace my bag with the faulty zipper with a new one at no cost. The new bag is on its way. This generous offer should arrive soon and I now know they stand behind their products and read the reviews, for this alone I raise their rating to 4 stars but the hope that my earlier faulty zipper was a fluke I'll give them 5, pending the durability, now that I know how to change it!

A great bag that does exactly what it needs to. The quality is good and I've had no issues with any wear or tear. It's nice that the bag is slightly larger than most books/documents since you can slide stuff in and out and won't have to fight with it.

Wanted a "file pocket" that zips shut and has a handle. This is the one! Works great; holds many files. One star off due to horrible plastic smell--had to air outside for a week--now it's tolerable.

Folders fit; flexible (so papers can get bent); hope I don't need to find out if it actually repels water!

This is a very basic but functional bag. I had my eye on a really nice leather portfolio; however, I'm rough on bags, so I decided to try this one out. I had a problem with the zipper of the front pocket on arrival: the teeth were separated. However, unzipping and rezipping realigned the zipper teeth. As you would expect, they are not high quality zippers, but they open and close easily.The size is sufficient to hold my clipboard, several folders, a book, pens, charger, and my Galaxy Tab S in the front pocket without looking overstuffed. I didn't think the waterproof feature would matter much here in southern California, but the first time I took this to a meeting, it rained. So I'm glad that it was able to deflect a bit of water.Time will tell if the zippers and handles are sufficiently robust to maintain integrity when loaded with materials, since those are common points of failure for attaches, purses, and other bags.This bag is professional in appearance, but if you are looking for a designer knock-off, this is not for you. It's inexpensive, but certainly worth the price. I'd have given it 5 stars if not for the misaligned zipper.
