I like bamboo because it is an easily regrown wood, thus an environmentally sound choice. I have been using bamboo spoons for cooking for years, and I have no doubt that these salad servers will hold up equally well.

Falls apart
The fork came apart, segment by segment. This was a gift, so I was appalled to see it 6 months later HALF a fork.We bought the couple a new Oxo good grips salad serving set.

Good size for salad
