リードは高速なHDの倍ほどで、ライトは高速なHDと同じでした。（2.5インチのノート用1世代前のもの）最新の物ほどは早くないですが、TLCの寿命の短さには我慢が出来ないし、MLCには頑張って欲しいものです。
