This is the absolute WORST digital picture frame I have EVER seen!!! The frame and body of the device itself is absolute CRAP, made with the cheapest material known to man. You can only use a USB flash drive or a memory card to get the pictures on there, and even then you need to LEAVE the flash drive in there, you can't even upload it to the device. The absolute worst part of this piece of s**t thing is that the pictures are EXTREMELY pixelated no matter how great the original picture size and format is. I can't even make out what the pictures are when I look at them!!! I'm EXTREMELY upset about this purchase, I wouldn't even waste ONE dollar on this thing, let alone $35!!! So angry!! I'd give this a negative 100 rating if I could!

Love this digital picture frame! I've been wanting one to liven up my office for a pretty long time now. I just didn't realize how pricey they are and after reading a ton of mixed reviews I finally decided on this one and I'm happy with my choice.It's a good size, I didn't want something huge and distracting but I didn't want to pay a bunch of money for some tiny little frame so this one really looked good.I also really like the edge being clear with a modern glass kind of look so it'll match with pretty much any decor.It's super simple to use, you just need a usb drive or a memory card, load it with all your pictures, plug it in and the option for the slideshow timing pops up and your set to go! I went with a usb, if you do the same I recommend getting one of the really small ones so you can't see it through the clear frame.It's a nice and simple digital frame that's really fairly priced so it's for sure worth the money! I definitely recommend it, for yourself or even as a gift, I think it'd work really well for that. (All my coworkers are jealous lol)And the sellers are awesome! Really good customer service, I had a small issue with the first one I ordered but they were really quick to respond to me and resolve the issue. I'd buy from them again with full confidence!

Not the easiest to use but for the price it's not bad. I struggled hard getting the photos to turn the way I wanted them too. So many of my pictures were distorted and no matter what I did on the computer to alter them they still looked pixilated on the frame. On the other hand, some turned out perfect and exactly the way I wanted. I have no idea what I was doing right or wrong while setting this up because the instructions that came with it were so vague. There's a lot of button clicking that goes into setting this up. The built in memory only held 6 pictures for me so an SD card was a must. One other minor annoyance, the calendar that is on the frame is actually pretty cool but every time you unplug it is resets back to Jan 1.

This picture frame is absolutely beautiful. It has an SD slot to hold up to 32 gigs of memory, and the color is so bright and vibrant. The clear acrylic frame is so neat and clean that it reflects rainbows around the edges.Now for the bad: We took it out of the box, plugged it in, and....nothing. It took us 20 minutes to get the AC adapter to cooperate, and then it ran for a couple of hours before flipping off. We got it working again, and now it seems to be fine, but beware...I don't know if this could be a common occurrence for this company or not.

Guys, some of you who are leaving bad reviews about blurry pics don’t know how to edit photos on the computer. I was frustrated at first BC there are no instructions on how to use it and I kept trying to rotate pictures from the frame itself but that doesn’t work. Finally I put my SD card back into the computer and edited the “pixels” to 500 and changed it to “horizontal” on the ones that were ether blurry or the ones that were not horizontal already. Once I did this, it fixed the issues I was having and it has been working great! However if you are not a patient person, do not buy.

DO NOT BUY THIS FRAME.When the frame arrived, the box said "Keep the Memory of your Sweet Face Forever" so I was already suspicious... However I bought it as a gift, so I immediately wrapped it up and didn't give it a second thought for a few months. When it was finally opened up, we discovered it's a piece of absolute crap - to my extreme embarrassment. Half of the photos are so pixelated that you can’t even tell who the person is – you can’t even tell if it’s a human! Other photos look slightly better, but it appears to be entirely random as they are all the same or very similar photo resolutions. No manual or instructions are included to help me figure anything out. I hoped to return the product as I do not want or need a fancy looking frame that only shows pixelated blobs of people, but I was way past the return period. Instead I emailed the manufacturer, who responded that they would send me a higher resolution frame for free if I left them a positive review.Despite my disappointment, I decided to give them a second chance and said I would leave a good review if I was indeed happy with the new frame. Two weeks later, the "new frame with higher resolution" arrives, looking exactly like the last one, but the operating system is entirely different and frankly, useless. As you can see from the attached images, there are only left and right arrows, but the menu requires up and down arrows to navigate and select anything. So you cannot use or change any of the options, and it is entirely useless. The picture resolution was slightly better and less pixelated, but each time I attempted to load some pictures on, the frame would get stuck about 5 or 6 pictures in and then shut down. Again, no manual or instructions.Very disappointed in this product, really wish I'd read more reviews before ordering as it appears many other people had similar issues. DO NOT BUY THIS FRAME.

Bought this product for my mother's birthat and ended up returning it and missing her birthday since the product was so bad!! TERRIBLE quality, does not work properly and very cheaply made. Not worth the money at ALL! When I contacted the seller for the issue, they were extremely rude and did not want to help me in any way! Terrible product, horrible customer service! Very disappointed...

This frame is constantly shutting off...I want it to stay on all the time and there were no instructions included in the package...it is disappointing that it always turns off after only 20 or 30 minutes and I have to constantly unplug and plug it back in...Is there a way for it to stay on? And when you change the orientation of the frame to portrait the cord is sticking out of the top and looks hoaky...it should have an alternate spot to plug the cord in that is less noticeable...overall I should have returned it, but I kept it and am less than satisfied.

This is simply perfect for what I wanted. Excellent price point! Also with the understated design it compliments the photos nicely rather that overpowering them with the color of the frame. I bought these as a grandmothers brag book gift , It is the perfect size for this type of display as the one grandmother travels, she can easily take it with her wherever she goes ! Easy to use and to set up. I would definitely buy this item again!

I gave this to my sister as a Christmas gift and managed to put about 200 pictures on there but there's tons of room for more. I left that for her to add in whatever she wants. Great little frame and fun to download and watch all the pictures come up on the screen

Three quarters of photos taken from my phone are displayed so pixilated it looks like a mine craft photo. Even my professionally taken photos look like a poor quality. Even maneuvering around takes forever. I hit a button and it takes about 5 seconds to respond. Some of the photos are also displayed sideways or upside down even though it's not like that on the SD card. Also, there were some scratches on the plastic. VERY disappointing.
