This is a good little knee strap for those that want some added support. My husband has issues with his knee, sometimes it gets so bad that he can hardly walk. I bought him a knee sleeve for all around compression and then I saw this and wanted to give it a try. He said that it definitely helps to add that extra support to his knee and that it helps his knee to feel a lot better.

I guess my knees are too far gone because this did nothing at all for me. I know that I need total knee replacements on both knees so maybe if your knees are not too bad, it might help you.

This product does not have a solid tubular structure to secure the tendon below the patella. It's more or less a simple strap. To help patellar alignment, a knee strap needs to have a hard tube or structure to push on the tendon. This strap does not.

I have knee pain so couldn't run over few min.But with this strap now I can run even more than 30min without restAnd my knee got strength cause I could keep up that exercises without knee pain.Thank you for good product.

This is a light weight stabilizer that works well, but does not have enough Velcro to keep the bottom wrap in place.
