Handles heavy weight and easily adjustable, making it versatile in my gym. Quality is better than expected. Will definitely buy more as needed.

If you want full range of motion and nice wide face pulls like Athlean-x does / instructs this is what I use. In his video regarding face pulls he recommends using two rope cable attachments. I bought these attachment instead of two ropes.With the adjustable length of these handle cable attachments and the additional black strap, this is the product I purchased to achieve a nice face pull and use the handles for other various cable exercises. The handles have a nice subtle textured grip as well.I have concerns regarding the sewed Velcro patches holding up however. So far so good.

When you go to a big box gym and can't find the handles for the cable machines anywhere, keeping these as a backup in your gymbag solves that problem. The adjustable length makes it better than what most gyms have and the bright red color makes sure that people know it is not the gym's equipment. Plus I putmy name on it for good measure.

Use these for triceps. Allows a great concentration at the end of the extension with a great “turn out “ at the bottom of the movement. A little light weight for real heavy lifting so we will see how they stand up.

This is a great product for the at home workout guru. My husband loves working out but hates when he gets bored with his routine. These allow him to mix things up when his workouts get stagnant.

I bought this for my pulley system, worked out for two months and now the teenagers who hang out by the 7-Eleven don't call me names anymore! WORTH IT!

At the gym, they would always have older beat up, or you could find both of them, or they were always in use (the longer handle Triceps Ropes). So I wanted to have a pair in my bag or on hand so I could keep the momentum of my workout going. What I like about them is the length. The longer ones always have the issue that I described earlier. But what I did not like about these is the range of motion from the handle. The ones at the gym don't have the close stitching near the handle or along the strap so this keeps the handle from having a loose range of motion, although I like the product, I probably will be getting another set that is not stitched so far up the strap.

Travail très bien et me permet de faire beaucoup d'exercices pour mon dos avec ma cage et mon bench, je suis agréablement surpris. Solide confortable et les 2 longueurs possible permettent encore plus d'exercices, merci !

I wanted a better quality, thicker handle than what my gym had, with longer straps, and so far I've found these perfect. The grip feels good quality and strong, and for me a perfect thickness. The velcro is handy to hold the excess strap when shortened and they go to a decent length, clearly seen in the photos. Comes with a bag and some clips. Would recommend to anyone.

Tres pratique avec mon multiexercise

Came how it should and was described I would definitely recommend this. My only tweak would be if they made the rings a bit thicker/stronger but they are still thicker then some of the cheap ones I have seen and so far it's held up well after 3 months of use.
