Well worth it!
I bought this 3 years ago when my American Lab was 6 months old (in pix). She's slightly larger now at about 80 lbs and with a very long body. She *just* fits in it. But we use this every 3-4 weeks. We live in the foothills of the Cascades so we are on trails all the time during the wet winters. A warm spa is perfect when we are done. She just loves it.I had hot water plumbed to the outside (on my deck) and I connect it up to the spa, get the temperature just right and shut down all the water. Once she's in, that when I turn it back on. My dog walks right in (I give a treat reward) and I turn on the jets. She loves it. The jets keep her nice and warm and clean off the underside. The water wand is great for the getting the top side and for rinsing. I also use it to rinse the spa when she is done. The wheel stops keep the spa from moving around when she enters and is in it.It has easily paid for itself in convenience. I don't have to go to the pet store and pay $10 a wash. I don't have to get my dog to sit still while I'm washing her. It keeps the shampoo and water contained. I can also get in a good shampoo effort.Negatives are limited: The collar chain was useless and broke in 2 minutes. Wasn't necessary in our case. It also doesn't drain all the way. I have to tip it back and forth to get all the water out of the internal fixtures. I'm worried that the standing water could cause any damage so I make the extra effort to drain as much as I can.

The faucet and the side jets are cool enough, but with a larger dog
I wouldn't buy it again for a few reasons. One, it doesn't fit any big dogs. I have a skinny 58lb Malinois and that's about the biggest dog you'll get in here. My 84lb shepherd? Forget it! The door latches slip all the time and the door just opens. If the dog bumps the door, it opens. The shelf is handy for small dogs-the splash guard just gets in the way. The faucet and the side jets are cool enough, but with a larger dog, it's hard to get your hands down there and clean. I wish it were a little higher off the ground, because for large dogs, you're still bending over a lot. Still havent figured out how the chains are supposed to keep a dog secure, either. All in all, I wish I had spent the money on a raised tub. If I can sell this one, I will.

Wash my German Shepherd and English Cocker Spaniel.
Works great even though my dogs are 2 different sizes. I got the shelf which I install for the smaller Cocker Spaniel. The dogs are locked in place by two chains provided with the Pet Wash which you put through their collar and clip back on the mount. I also close a leash in the back door to pull the dog more to the center of the washer. The washer only sprays with water. It is designed so you can pour shampoo on your dog easily and rub it in. The splash guard keeps the dog from spraying the soap everywhere when he shakes. I wanted to be able to spray the soap too, so I got this sprayer https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01AAK6YZE connected up with a hose T from my local hardware store and this short 25' expandable hose https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0195PEYE8 This hose collapses very small when not in use so I can just throw it back in the washer quickly without rolling it up.

These tubs leak!
The media could not be loaded. ย The first unit leaked. The second unit leaked. The product is expensive and poorly made. I had high hopes for it. It was a horrible purchase.
