Awesome flavor profile.
I bought this because Rick Bayless says it is the hot sauce his family uses. It didn’t disappoint. I’m a hot sauce fanatic; I even make my own fermented hot sauce every fall. This sauce has the perfect balance of flavor and heat of any sauce I have tasted. It’s now my go to sauce.
