Are these smell proof - airtight? I hate how vitamins smell and don’t want to make my cabinet stink.

If closed tightly they may be "smell proof" both my wife and I use them and have vitamins in them and have never smelled anything. We really like ours.

Are these pill organizers light proof?

No, I would say light resistant, but not 100% light proof. Translucent black. If I hold it up to the light, I can see the outline of the pills inside.

Which color allows you to see through to the pills?

They all allow you to see the pills, but the clear would give the most visibility.
