I'm tentatively giving this 4 stars (Just changed to TWO after 3 months use), but I'm hesitant to fully recommend until I have used it more. It was well-packed, but some toner dust had leaked on the outside of the cartridge that I opened. I haven't seen the condition of the other 3 yet. That made me a bit nervous about installing it. I wiped it off as best I could and installed one cartridge. It does not recognize that it is Xerox toner even though it is in a Xerox toner cartridge. It says "non-Xerox toner" and all of the toners (even the real Xerox ones) now have that same status. :-( It will no longer show level of the toner for any of the cartridges (even the real Xerox ones), so that's annoying. The price was great. So far I don't have smearing as reported by one reviewer. Time and use will tell if this is a true bargain or not. FOLLOW UP- The "real" Xerox new cartridges last me 1 year for "standard" size. These supposed "High Yield" have lasted about 3 months. BEWARE.

I thought that this was a new ink cartridge as advertised and when it was received it was a reconditioned part. Ink was messy and all over the cartridges when it was opened. When I put it in the printer it said that is was a non Xerox toner. Makes good copies however. I contacted the shipper and he indicated he would send me new chips to replace the ones that where in the cartridges so that it would display correctly in the printer. Never received the chips after 30 days and was assured they were on the way. They were cheap cartridges, so I guess you get what you pay for.

The toner doesn't adhere to the paper, it gums up and melts to the the fuser assembly and jams the paper inside. I have replaced several parts thinking it was the machine but it is most definitely the toner cartridges. There is excess toner being blown around the inside of my machine and when I removed the cartridges to check them toner spilled out all over! DO NOT BUY

Have only used black cartridge, but have had no issues or complaints from the printer.

Good.1. Good paper feed.2. Easy to setup (my printer is wired to my wireless apple router)3. Works well with Macs (tiger and leopard) and PC (windows xp, although it take longer to setup the windows)4. Fairly quiet operation and silent sleep mode.Okey.1. You have to pull out the large plastic front cover to feed cards, envelopes ect. and it is a bit of pain2. Heavy stock comeout bit curled.3. Color quality while very good, I am sure is better on other color printers.Conclusion.1. This is my second color printer (I returned the first due to noise of operation) and I will keep this one.2. I would recommend this printer to most home/small business use.

Very good color. Easy install.
