Melt and Pour Glycerin Soap Kit

This melt and pour soap kit has everything you need to make awesome soap. It was very fun to make and easy to clean up. Even an expert soap maker can enjoy this kit. It even includes some pre-made embeds that you can put into the middle of your soap or use to top it off. The mold is sturdier than I thought it would be. Compared to some other same shaped silicone molds, this one does not warp on the sides, it keeps its shape very well. It’s also easy to clean. The soap included is a nice amount to play around with. There’s enough to make a nice sized gift of soap even if you don’t get it right the first time. I think my soap came out pretty well, I just have to remember not to add the embeds if its too hot and clean up the edges.Two special items in this include 2 bows and an adorable bandana that can be worn by your pet (my rabbit doesn’t approve.)The melt and pour kit includes:A cute gift bagA small spray bottleA silicone mold (microwave safe)Pre-made soap embeds in the shapes of bones, paws, and swirlsPopsicle sticks (to stir your soap when adding colorant and/or scent/essential oils)Almost 2 pounds of soap (half is clear glycerin, the other half is white)To make soap, cut small thin pieces of the soap up and place into the mold.Microwave for 15-30 seconds.Add in more pieces as desired, stirring them into the already melted soapAdd in any embeds, colorants, and oils. (COLORANT AND OILS NOT INCLUDED)Let soap harden.To get rid of any bubbles in the soap, use the provided spray bottle to spray some alcohol on the top layer.To get the embeds to stay nicely on top, place them while the soap is not fully hardened.Once fully hardened, you can cut it to your liking.I received this product free in exchange for my honest and unbiased review.
