Kitty Shaped Cat Litter Box (Pink)

Got this for my cat a couple years back, she fits in it fine. Looks cute, and better than a traditional cat box. Originally needed to settle out of the package, was hard to get the clips to lock properly but they've relaxed just fine. The mat it comes with got destroyed quickly, picked up a different one for rather cheap and that ones still going fine.

It is VERY VERY VERY difficult to actually put the locks in place, so we don't use them and if you don't place it on very tightly your cat could knock it over. The photo must have a 4 week old kitten, because I have a cat that is small (about 8 lbs) and it is a bit of a small fit. I didn't install the door, because I think that my cat would freak out having to open it. The "wet" business your cat does sticks on the sides to the box where the top of the litter meets the box. Other than that, it's ADORABLE

This is a great little box, but here are few of my thoughts on it:1. The plastic locks, on the sides, are fragile and will break with time. I got mine 6 months ago and they are broken. They broke when transporting the littler box around, whenever we brought our cat over to family.2. I love the shape, and I don't feel like I have to completely hide it, or disguise.3. Great bendable/"soft" plastic top. It also provides good lighting for the cat, without compromising their privacy.4. Once the top is off, it's very easy to scoop and clean.5. I LOVE that there's a door! That keeps the odors in, to be absorbed by the litter - which is specially important since I'm in a small space. Easy to instal.6. It's very spacious, and my cat has no problem getting in and out of it. If you're planning having more than one, I would make sure you have the space for it.

The lid doesn't snap on properly. It's almost as if it's not measured correctly to align with attaching to the bottom properly. Also my cats can easily take the little latch door off bc the small pink rubber attachments provided to attach the entry door aren't that secure, so I was able to fix it with tiny zip ties. I also used large metal clamps to keep lid on. I would have returned it but I threw out my old one already. Otherwise it is cute and quite large. But they way it was made was poor with the top not attaching properly into the grooves as it supposed to, almost like if it's a little too big, if u snap one side the other side becomes detached.

I love this. I had been looking for a larger litter box for my cat and liked that this one had a side entry. I don't have a problem which the lid at all (which I was worried about since some people said they had) and the door has made the litter on the carpet problem go away in my house. Also this is the cutest litter box ever and I don't mind anybody seeing it because they all give it great compliments! (:

The top of this litter box is cracked and the right side part that holds down the top fell off. It is broken and never clipped correctly. Other than that it is really cute and I would order another but because of this problem I am not going to order a blue one like I wanted

This is pretty darn cute in person, it looks just like the picture. I like the fact that it is larger and still cute.Cons- the door hangs a tad low and brushes the base every time it is moved. It comes with an extra set of hooks for the door and I am thinking that it is because they must wear out over time due to the added pressure of the base.- the lid is obnoxiously difficult to secure to the base.Pro's- wider and deeper than my last box and has a smooth bottom (my last one had divots that held the pee clay like it was gold).- not as much liter is able to be kicked all over the place, but she still manages it! No fault of the design though.- cute!My cat immediately liked the new box and explored it before I put the liter in and then watched me put the liter in and immediately used it!
