**Q: guarantee - does it come with a guarantee and how long for please? thanks**
A: 12 months

**Q: How long can you use it in one cooking period? 1- 4 hours?**
A: Hi I'm not aware of any time limitations. It doesn't have any auto cutoff. It does work on a thermostat, so will click on and off to maintain temperature. My typical cooking time would be up to 30 mins. I can't envisage needing hours to cook something. Steaks take up to 10 mins, chops similar, maybe a bit longer.

**Q: What temperature does it heat up to**
A: I don’t know the answer as I haven’t used it yet keeping it to use outdoors next summer as a bbq sorry.
