I don’t know for sure but it is distributed by a company called PolyGel, LLC. They are an import company for healthcare products and from what I could find, the majority of their products come from Taiwan and China. I hope that helps.

Q: What size are they? I use a small Boomerang gel pad.

As I recall, it was one size fits all. I only tried using it once and found that it caused my CPAP full face mask to leak around the nose bridge. So I tossed it.
