I love this laptop. The new features are amazing including finger print log in. No scratches as a used/ refurbished. It looks brand new.

Product came with a defective charger, I contacted the seller, not expecting anything as it was a refurbished computer, but the seller was quick in sending me a replacement charger. I just got that today and working fine. This is what customer service is all about, and thank you. I will buy again from this seller.

I bought this item refurbished, and due to an issue with the included charger, the laptop shorted out and stopped working within 8 months (beyond when they were accepting returns, naturally). Buying any electronics refurbished is inherently risky since they've already got years of use, so I can forgive it breaking down. What I CAN'T forgive is the process for getting it repaired (which, since it's refurbished, is a pretty important factor). First Issue: most electronic repair shops don't fix Apple products, so you need to go to a specialized iRepair store to get it fixed. I live in a fairly isolated city without such a store, and the nearest one is about a 2-hour drive from me. Already a pain. Once I bring it in, they tell me the short impacted the motherboard, which has apparently been welded into the laptop and can only be removed and replaced by an even more specialized person, so they have to ship it to a different location, which adds an extra 2-4 weeks to the process. Once this new location got it, though, they realized the motherboard was actually damaged beyond repair, and all they could do was recover my data. Easy, right? No. Thanks to the hard drive ALSO being welded into the motherboard, it's yet another specialized repair to recover any data, which ends up costing me an additional $600 and still leaves me with no laptop. The alternative is to retroactively buy increased iCloud storage, which isn't helpful advice at this point, and would STILL require that I buy another Apple product for recovery. So they're going to make money off of me for this break. To recap, my data essentially got held hostage thanks to Apple designing this laptop to be as difficult to repair as possible to ensure nobody else can do it. How is any of this benefiting the consumer at all? I don't really care about the scratch resistance or screen quality (the screen for the laptop I received had multiple points of damage that led to discoloration in the display, in case you're curious) if it stops working quickly and Apple's gonna charge me an arm and a leg to keep using it! Personally, I think this experience was kind of my last straw with Apple products in general. This product is certainly cheap for an Apple laptop, but thanks to a design focused on making repairs as difficult as possible in order to require you to use Apple's repair services, you will pay more in the long run, be it with time or with money. You can get a brand-new laptop of the same quality - often with better RAM and compatible with more software - for the same price from basically any other company. Honestly, just buy something else, cuz after this laptop breaks on you, you're gonna have to anyway.

came out great. my college laptop screen broke years ago so i purchased the next year model refurb which is a step up from the Neo or a 1700$ new pro. these guys are legit, it came with a charger and at this price my quality and life have improved significantly. 10/10

So far so good only had a patch at the back, I covered it with a sticker. It overheats a lot but still monitoring it.

So when I ordered this laptop, I paid like 50 bucks extra to get it shipped to me like two or three days after, the day came and I never got it. So I contacted customer service they said my package was stuck at the shipping faculty and they would "raise a flag" for it to be released. I asked if I would be returned the extra shipping for which I was told I would get it back as soon as it was shipped. So bout 48 hrs later I still hadn't gotten any updates on the shipping so I reached out yet again to check on it, they told me it was still stuck at the shipping facility and that he recommended I cancel the package, he offered to cancel it for me and I accepted. WELL THEN, a couple hrs later I get an email about how the package had been shipped so I reached out AGAIN and asked why it hadn't been canceled (which was fine all I wanted was my dang laptop at this point) and she goes on to tell me that they can't cancel things on their end... even though the man told me he was gonna cancel it. So whatever I asked about the refund for the shipping multiple times and they all told me I would get it back... I never got it back, they said in the end they couldn't give it back to me but she wouldn't give me a reason why besides the fact that is "wasn't in their control." Anyways long story short don't pay for faster shipping unless you are okay flushing that money down the drain. The computer is nice, it's in good condition physically. Not really any scratches or anything, but I will say the battery kinda sucks, it runs out so fast when I'm not even doing anything besides school work or watching Netflix, and it runs so hot sometimes. Definitely wouldn't buy this again, but it's not to say that I completely regret the purchase. If you are a broke college student like me looking for a cheaper option this is the way to go, other people in the reviews have had a lot of good things to say.

La verdad es que si es un muy buen equipo, tiene pocos ciclos de carga y jala al 100% sin rayones ni nada. Lo único malo es que no viene con cargador original pero si con uno de muy buena calidad. La verdad calidad-precio.

excelente, prácticamente esta como nueva la he estado probado y esta genial, lo que si note es que al ver películas se ven medio raras, por lo demás esta excelente, solo llego con un pequeño tallón en la carcasa del teclado casi, no se calienta ni nada como es de procesador Intel venia con sistema sequoia y lo baje a ventura el ultimo sistema operativo que Apple lo dedico a Intel, y va genial. si se instala Tahoe la computadora se alenta y los abanicos no dejan de sonar es normal porque es sistema operativo para los chips m1. lo dejo como dato por si lo que quieres es la última versión de macos, aaa por último de ves en cuando el touch id no reconoce la huella como si dejara de responder pero solo se corrige digamos que en un mes me pasa como 2 veces, segun es normal en procesadores intel pasa menos con ventura
