We bought these for a cruise and they worked perfect!! we were able to hang stuff on our door and the wals for extra hanging space. Very sturdy.

FYI, these are designed to best work by hanging upside down. On vertical surfaces they will slide and not hold the rated weight. I like to have a few of these around more for the novelty.

These hooks came in very handy during our recent Viking Ocean cruise. The magnets are very powerful and the hooks are sturdy. Great for hanging jackets, binoculars, trekking poles, etc. from the cabin walls. The hooks are on the small size, so they probably wouldn't be suitable for anything without a strap or string to hang them from (I did hang my ball cap by its adjustable back strap).I attached two of these to the ceiling in the bathroom to hang our toiletry kits from and this worked fantastic! The high metal content in the bathroom ceiling made the attachment very strong (I had to physically link a second hook in the hooks attached to the ceiling to dislodge them when it came time to pack out of our stateroom).The hooks screw into/unscrew from the base for compact packing (be sure to save the original container for repacking).These hooks will be a permanent part of our cruise equipment. I am very satisfied with this product.

The hooks are very sturdy. We use them to hang up bathing suits when on a cruise. They will hold up a wet bathing suit with no- problem however they will not support a wet towel.

Wow!! These are amazing magnets. I use them on the side of my file cabinet in my office to hold a a thick calendar etc. They are crazy strong!! I really recommend them!!

I purchased these for our first cruise to hand items on cabin walls. They were much smaller than anticipated. Wouldn’t hold heavier items like my pocketbook + curve would bend purse handle. I kept them for lanyards & small items and ordered a much sturdier set I love.

I wanted heavy duty hooks for an upcoming cruise and the magnets are heavy duty for sure, however the hooks themselves are tiny. You have these large bases and these tiny little hooks. Otherwise they will do what I need them to do just wish the hook part was larger.

I picked these up for a cruise that I will be going on. I tested them out on some metal shelves I have. They seem to be the strongest when you place the magnets on the roof of the metal rather than on the side. I think they’re gonna work great for our cruise.

I bought these to attach sun shade fabric to my van for my dog. They are super strong which is good but also a warning! I injured my finger using them..my fault. If they are near anything metal they will snap to it..I had 2 magnets in my hands and didn’t wear gloves..they snapped together with a bit of my index finger between them. I had to have help to get them apart and doing so ripped a bit of skin off the finger.. it is still healing after a few weeks and I learned to wear gloves always. Have 2 that are stuck to other magnets and still unable to pry apart….that’s how strong they are but handle with extreme care!

Fair price, fair functionality.Pay attention to the dimensions in the advertisement. The pictures of them holding up utensils is misrepresentative in my opinion - unless those are child-sized utensils.As magnet hooks they work well enough - just don't expect a large amount of weight support. Stuck to a horizontal surface of steel I can pretty easily pull one of these straight off with what I would estimate to be no more than 10-15 lbs of force. There is no way one of these would hold 110lbs of mass - unless it was on the moon maybe.But we got what we paid for, so 3 stars for being what they are - medium strength medium size hook magnets.
