Works great
Needed a step-up/down converter for a ps5 I bought in the UK (back in US now) this one was highly rated and it works like a charm. Great value, definitely be sure to give yourself wiggle room with wattage, went with 1000w but will never even come close to half that, I heard it helps with longevity though.

I have used many transformers- THis is by far the best I've used. 3000W
Most other step up step down transformers have heat issues and use poor quality electronics. This has almost no heat during operation and is the best build quality that I have run into. Way better than Rockstone or any off brands.

Works good
Works good and came with extra fuses(for both 120 & 240) and a 240 adapter plug. Had lots of issues with shipping however. Had to order twice before I got one that wasn’t damaged in shipping because of the coil weight. Even that was slightly bent but I needed it more than I wanted to return it again and it was working. The unit works great however!

So heavy!! It's definitely ready for our move to Africa! Don't use on carpets cause you'll burn them... That's true of all transformers

Over 2 months for delivery, delayed twice, then received one month earlier than the second delayed delivery date. Great product with very poor inventory and shipping management
