Bayam Colored Pencil / Art Drawing Wood Pencils /Coloring Pencil Set/ Assorted Colors Barreled Pencils (36 colors)

I wouldn't use these for artistic purposes. The colors are dull or off and are not really colorful or vibrant. On some pencils, the enamel covering has split off after less than an hour's use. The pencils were not smooth to work with, at times making the coloring look messy not clean. I will stick with the name brand I know and grew up with from here on.ETA: Have received the same email from "Judy" with Bayam ebvery day since I posted my review. They will PAY for 5 star reviews! I bought this set of colored pencils for adult coloring books. They come in a hard cardboard container with a plastic lid for convenient storage, and are already sharpened. The price was under 10$, which was a plus. These pencils aren't oil based. I do wish the colors were a bit brighter. But, I'm satisfied with the quality over all.

These are awful. The colors are nothing like they look once you put them on paper. A few of them are splintered. I'm very disappointed for the price I paid!

This set of pencils provides a nice variety of colors, including some colors that I had not yet found in other similar sets. I have recently taken up using adult coloring books as a method of relaxation and meditation, so I have been on the hunt for the best sets of colored pencils on the market to be able to participate fully in my new hobby.I like the fact that these come in a circular container, so they take up very little space, and are easy to throw in a purse or backpack to take along with you. The container also allows you to see all of the colors as they are stored tip up. It is also a very sturdy container, and withstands being thrown into a bag and the tips do not break, requiring less sharpening in the long run.The only complaint I had with these pencils is that the softness of the cores was a little inconsistent, so the shading was a little harder to perfect than with some of the other brands I have tried. But with a little practice, you can produce a nice effect, as you can see by the picture attached. The picture attached was colored entirely with only the pencils in this set. I especially liked the color produced by the gold and silver pencils that were included, as the sheen and shimmer was truer than those found in other sets I have tried to date.Overall, I am very pleased with this sest of pencils and look forward to getting a lot of use and enjoyment out of them. I will likely be buying additional sets to give as gifts as many members of my family have also taken up coloring now and these pencils will make a nice addition to their collections.I did receive this product at a discount in exchange for a fair and honest review but the opinion contained herein is my own.

I absolutely love these colored pencils. They come in a very nice variety of colors, I have had almost every color that I could ever want. The colors are very nice and vibrant on the page. When sharpening they do not break easily and I am very happy for that. I have not had the problem with sharpening them, they sharpen very nicely and the color is strong throughout the entire pencil. I also have not had the problem of snapping the pencil while coloring with it, it is very sturdy in that regard also. Since adult coloring has come into the scene I had been looking for a very nice set of colored pencils and I believe I have found the brand that I am going to be sticking with from now on. I can not get over how well that these cover the pages and how much control I have with contouring and shading. I am extremely satisfied with my purchase and I will be purchasing these again once these ones are gone. I have had the privilege of receiving this product at a discount price or for free.

The Bayam Colored Pencil / Art Drawing Wood Pencils /Coloring Pencil Set is a very good starter kit or a supplement to your existing supply of colored pencils.There are 36 different colors in this set. The pencils are sharpened with a nice point. The pencils are 7” long. The colors are very different and cover the color spectrum very well. The colors on the outside of the pencils are a fair indication of the color each pencil will produce.The color pencils are a little firmer than I am used to. So it takes more pressure and more coloring to apply the color. This of course is a matter of taste. Some people might prefer pencils that are firmer. I have always preferred pencils that did not require much pressure to apply the color. So for me they are taking a bit of getting used to.I like the quality of the pencils, the neat carrying/storage case and the wide variety of colors. I would have preferred that the pencils be softer, easier to apply the color, but that is my personal preference.This is an excellent set of 36 colored pencils with a wide range of colors. So you should be able to find the right color for any project.I was provided a sample for testing/review purposes.
