Better than it looks
A great product but very poorly advertised. You never fill it with food, you put just a little bit in each section and then fill the rest with torn paper or cut cardboard pieces, which keep the food inside (otherwise it will just fall out when you hang the thing) and provide your birdy entertainment to shred :)On the downside the central "flower" plastic washer piece is no good, my parrot just chewed it off after a couple of weeks. Just any metal washer will suffice as a replacement, I just used one out of the spare part sets of one of my furniture pieces (or whoever knows where from exactly...).As a potential improvement, having the central screw longer so it can also serve as a single mounting point (and foregoing 2 current mounting screws) would probably be way, way more convenient to use by having less parts to fiddle with and be a cost saving for the manufacturer as a side bonus.

Arrived cracked
Update: The seller reached out to me after seeing my review and asked to send out a replacement so I'll be raising my rating for it. After using the one I had, I will say it's a bit of a pain to refill because you have to unscrew it all and take it out then put it all back in but that's about it.I bought this to use as a forager for my baby marmoset monkey. Initially, I thought the clear front was dirty but it has a thin sheet of plastic you need to remove from both sides. Once I removed them I was pretty disappointed to see that mine has 2 small cracks in it. It wasn't expensive enough to bother returning it to get a replacement but I'm definitely disappointed and hoping it doesn't crack any further from her playing around and pulling on it. :(

Difficult for cockatiel to use
Got this foraging toy for my cockatiel; I fill it with things like cheerios and bits of millet. She likes it, but has trouble getting treats out unless the chamber is full (either the openings are too small or the chambers are too deep for her to reach the treats at the back with her beak). To refill the toy, I think you're supposed to take the back off, which means unscrewing the whole thing. I find it easier to just add more treats in through the openings in the front, but that means that the treats my bird can't reach at the back just stay there and get stale. If you're ok with taking the whole thing apart to refill it and dumping whatever your bird couldn't reach, it's a decent product. For myself, I'll probably look to either modify or replace this item at some point.

Fun!
My green cheek loves this foraging toy! She figured out how to use this pretty quickly. I only docker the one star because it's a pain to clean and set up. We don't use this one as often as we'd like.

Good not great
I bought this for our pet rats and they love when I put fun treats in. It spins nicely and is well made. I've has it for a couple years now and it still works. My biggest complaint is that it is a pain in the butt to fill. I hate having to take it out to fill it all the way. Needs a better way to connect to cage than the butterfly clip things. So I just shove treats in as fast as I can before the rats notice and start hauling the treats out. I'd buy ten if it had a better way to unclip from cage.

My rats LOVE this
Any time I fill it up it's completely empty by the next morning even if it's just their regular food. When their treats are in it it's gone even sooner! I did tighten one of the screws a little too tight and *slightly* cracked the side of it but that was my own fault. 10/10 would buy this again as it's easy to fill, easy to clean, and like I said before my rats LOVE it!!!

Treat wheel
Attaches to side of the cage. Our Anna loves exploring and picking what to go in her wheel. Careful not to screw on to tight or you will be replacing wheel

Was fun while it lasted
My Grey was confused for the first couple days about why he couldn't get the snacks he could clearly see. He would try asking it for food and giving it kisses. Eventually he learned asking it nicely for the treats wouldn't work but he could get his beak between the edge of the rotating plastic disc and the part that holds the treats and pry it up a bit. After that, he spent a couple days trying to pull it off instead of using the holes in front. He never managed to actually snap the disc in half like I thought he would. He figured out how to use it properly after a couple more days and was doing a pretty good job at rotating the holes around to whatever snack he wanted to get to. This lasted about a week. Then he found he could just destroy the piece that helped to attach the rotating disc and yanked the whole thing off. In the photo you can see the green chewed up plastic piece that secured the disc.It was fun while it lasted! I don't see the point in buying another just to have it destroyed within 2 weeks because I don't feel comfortable giving him a plastic toy that he will break like this. Who knows how much of it he might accidentally ingest while tearing it up?

Fun for rats
I love this foraging toy for my rats, they got the hang of it quickly! The only thing is that it is hell to wash. Some consider using it for dry treats lol. But very sturdy and useful.Theres a plastic film on both sides of the rotating piece, took me a while to figure out i had to remove it for it to be transparent

Doesn't work well
I got this foraging toy for my parrot. It's very very difficult to get any movement out of the spinning part. My parrot can't budge it. Even after trying to adjust it, it doesn't work well. Do not recommend.

Does the job
I bought this for my lovebird. It took him a few days to figure out what it did, but now he seems to have the hang of how it works. It's a little big/heavy for him, so sometimes he struggles to get into a position where he can find a foothold and get a grip on the front plate to turn it, but that's part of the challenge. Unfortunately because he is just a little bird, most of his preferred foods and treats are small enough that they fall right out. I'll try putting come crinkled paper in with the food to up the challenge a little and keep his snacks from all just spilling out at once. Dismantling it to clean is a pain, so I've only been using it for dry non-perishables to keep it from getting soiled too quickly.

Works great, but the plastic film takes forever to remove
I wasn’t sure at first because of the comments, but I bought it anyway. It works fine and it’s slides easily. My only issue was with the plastic film on both sides of the wheel surface : it took ages to remove! Very hard to peel, very hard to see! But it assures me that it’s not used. It’s a interesting new challenge for my rats.
