Terrific product...great gift idea as well.
Product did exactly as it stated. It is a very well made item. Heated in the microwave for 1minute 30 seconds, it is just the right temp and can stay hot for hours under the covers; above the covers, a few hours...relief is met very quickly to avoid the use of pain killers. This worked for my 7 yr old daughter when she had the flu (chills) and for me when my back is really in pain or my neck. It has also worked for tough headaches. They sell them at wholefoods, but they sell out quickly. We gave some for gifts at Christmas and the recipients are still talking about them.
